It's exactly what you expect of a place like this and more. They've never gotten an order wrong. Everyone has always been friendly. The drive thru speaker was acting up last time I went so maybe go in to order. But that's genuinely the first problem I've had with the place in like 20 years. That deserves a 5 star rating.

Let me save you some trouble by letting you know that this place is NOT open 24 hrs despite the Google listing. I showed up to this location at least 3 times in the last few weeks only to find it completely closed. Each time, I called customer service to kindly let them know. They refuse to change the hours. I don't come here anymore on late nights since the listed hours are unreliable and I still don't know when they actually open/close. Shame.
