The thin crust pizza was better than expected and the salad was really good. I planned on taking half the salad home but I wound up eating the whole thing. Good decor and good atmosphere. The server was really great. I'm afraid I don't remember her name though.

Compared with most other del Taco locations, my experiences here at this facility have been generally lacking and disappointing. Not every time but most of the time I am not offered or provided any sauce or napkins. As a student at college who uses this vocation as a quick spot to grab something to eat either before or after school I always use the drive-thru which is never busy or backed up but regardless whenever I get my order I have made a habit of check to make sure there's napkins and sauce. I would say 90% of time I have to go back and ask or remind them at the window and unfortunately when they do return with it it is usually the bare minimum. The food is never hot it always feels as though it's been sitting out all day at room temperature and I'm constantly worried about getting sick so I've been limiting how much I eat here because of my experiences. Good luck asking employees about the price of items or asking them about whether things are still available in the menu because every time I've ever asked a question I have been responded in a way that makes me feel like I'm an idiot. I might be having a unique experience. And I hope I am. Or I hope that this is seen and addressed.

Don't eat here. The food tastes funny. This location is run by a bunch of Clowns. By the way, Del Taco, I didn't find it funny that the Joker at the window refused to honor the 1.99 price on your "Del Tacos" and tried to charge me the 2.29 after I pointed out the fact, that this locations menu has two different prices posted. Tired of trying to reason with the Fool, I left without my tacos, and gave my money to the establishment next door; The place that actually has a Clown as their mascot.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Del Taco! I went inside because I was going to eat at the restaurant. My food took almost 15 minutes to be made as I watched car after car go through a basically empty drive through. The dining room itself was also empty. When I got my food finally, the "burritos" I ordered were basically the size of toquitos. Super skinny, not much filling inside and all for the low proce of $11 (rounded up). The Del Taco by my office is not this way and neither is the one by my house so I can only assume it is this location. Will not be eating here again.

I'm guessing because I went through the drive-thru that the 8 minute wait to order and I pulled right up to the speaker was due to staff shortages. Ordered two bean and cheese burritos with green sauce and onions. Since when do they charge for onions. 40 cents each. I'll not stop at this Del Taco again.
At 10:43pm waited at drive through window for 5 minutes. No one answered the speaker. Pulled up to the window, not a person in sight. Hours say dine in is open till 12am so I pulled around to try to go inside and the doors were locked and still not a person in sight. Very unhappy!!!!

Love this location, Staff is always so friendly and ensures you get everything you ordered as well as condiments, this is of course when you can order since COVID the options for food after 10/11pm get very slim, at 1AM all Del Taco is the only restaurant I know havr an open drive-thru, until now, I dont know if its just coincidence but the same lady happens to be working each time the past 3 months I go up to order and an told "not taking orders online pickup only" so I go to one of the 6 in the surround 10 miles usually the one off 5fwy @ ALICIA OR 5fwy@Lake Forest that don't have this issue, ever... I even see cars that attempted to order at this location in line at these other locations even had followed and been followed to a nearby location by other would have been customers. This regularly happens ive seen at it happen at least twice a week multiple times. Whomever is on duty upgraded to a hand written sign on a piece of printer paper over the Drive-thru speaker box. . . You would assume the owner or Del Taco would have fixed whatever problem would have caused this to happen, it's starting to look more like a personnel decision, not an equipment issue. I hope this is fixed, people are giving up on this location at night all together and don't even try anymore. I can't imagine the losses this caused financially and for the reputation to would be repeat customers.. This was the location all of Ladera Ranch residents would go to after a late night out before returning home, now go to mission Viejo location or one of the others before getting to the area. Please Fix this !!!!
