This is our favorite bubble tea place in the area - it's always busy so we're not alone in our thoughts!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always provide great recommendations. The shop is always full with children, teens and all ages of adults - this shop is loved by all. I love the PAC Man machine in the corner - reminiscent of when I was a kid. I've come here with friends and had tea and played video games - a fun evening out! The shop always has a great energy with minimalist decor.

They use cheap, gross syrup instead of the actual ingredients. My Vietnamese coffee didn't seem to contain coffee but instead a series of syrups that had clearly separated once I got it. There also wasn't any ice added so it wasn't cold either. Really lame.

Friendly service with disgustingly sweet "tea".--- Peach green tea with 50% sugar and less ice. It's like drinking syrup; the tea has a slimy texture, and you can't taste the peach or green tea. It's essentially 100% pure syrup with an orange food color.The tea is very suitable for inflationary times like these. If you bring your own cup and a bottle of water, you will pay for one drink that actually contains more sugar for two people.I waited for all the ice to melt down, and to my disappointment, it was still way too sweet. It's easy to develop diabetes if you finish this bottle of syrups.
