Great food, drinks and service.

We had an amazing experience at Domenic’s! The food was absolutely delicious — especially the giant meatballs, which were flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our server, Luke, was outstanding — super friendly, attentive, and communicative throughout our meal. He really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The patio was the cherry on top, with a stunning view that made our evening even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

For most this food is great . I am from NJ so my standards are high. Chicken Parm was ok, pasta sauce a bit pasty. Server was excellent and others loved their food. Too loud inside so that was a bit too much

We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday with a couple of friends and we couldn’t have had a better time. We requested patio seating and were told it would be an 15 minute wait but were seated in less than 5. Emerson was our server and was super accommodating while not being pushy. She checked on us frequently but wasn’t bothersome. The manager on duty Brando also checked on us during our visit and he was so friendly and invested in making sure we, and all the guests, were having a good experience. The chicken picatta and shrimp fresco were amazing. We also tried all of the desserts and were not disappointed. We can’t wait to come back here for another great time.

Domenico’s at Mission Viejo Lake was absolutely amazing!
I really enjoyed a relaxing and romantic night at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the beautiful view of Lake Mission Viejo made the experience very special. The service was excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly, which truly added to the overall experience.

Perfect for a romantic dinner. Food was absolutely exceptional, and so was the ambience. The waiter was very attentive and kind!

Outdoor front patio service not good

Our recent visit to Domenico's on the Lake was a tale of two halves. The atmosphere and service were absolutely excellent. Our waiter was incredibly helpful and responsive, and both the beautiful view from the outdoor dining area and the pleasant interior truly set a high bar.
However, the food was good, but definitely didn't live up to expectations. Most notably, the prices felt way overblown for the quality. We found many dishes to be over-salted, and the sauces were surprisingly bland. For example, the balsamic glaze on the bruschetta had a faint, almost flavorless taste reminiscent of grape jelly, and the salad dressing was so salty it was inedible. We genuinely wanted to fall in love with Domenico's on the Lake, but unfortunately, the culinary experience just didn't align with the wonderful ambiance and service we received.

Excellent Italian restaurant.... Food is great, service is great and prices are fair and reasonable. Outside tables overlook the lake in Mission Viejo. Management is why this restaurant is as good as it is.... What more could you ask for? Highly recommend this restaurant!

This is our favorite Italian restaurant and as always the food and service was great. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant.

There service was great! Everyone enjoyed their food! It was my husband's birthday and they remembered and brought him desert with a candle!!!

Service staff here is always very polite and attentive. I absolutely love the food here and being on the lake is always so beautiful. Love this spot and will definitely come back again soon!

We had a wonderful Easter dinner at Domenico's! The food was wonderful and the ambience was fantastic.
