Ordered a pizza online from this store; the app said it was delivered and we never received the pizza. We tried calling their phone number multiple times and they never pick up. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I would personally like to thank the miss who stayed out in the cold with our pizza , till I arrived . The date is 09/19/23 she worked the closing shift ( midnight ) . I hope corporate reads this and gives you a promotion. I'll call and see what can be done in the coming days . Thanks a million for your service .

I recently ordered a pizza with two ingredients, jalapeños and pepperonis, but to my disappointment, there were no pepperonis included. This experience has left me with no positive outcome.

The food was great, I just felt embarrassed about not having enough money to tip and the delivery driver seemed annoyed. So I’m sorry to the delivery driver, I’ll make sure I tip a whole lot next time.

This store suffers from substandard management who doesn't take responsibility for mistakes of their employees that led to missed delivery to kids birthday party with 50 guests who ended up getting food an hour later after several calls. Their employees are extremely rude and have no sense of customer care. The manager originally agreed to reimburse us for the pizza that was not delivered on time and guests had left, but when the pizza was returned she had changed her mind and decide she wasn't going to keep the customer happy. What a sad case for customer service and management style that has no sense of what bad publicity can mean to a business. I don't wish to be their customer and you should also think twice before relying on this store for your kids birthday parties. At the best, they maybe able to manage delivering a couple of pizzas for your dinner, maybe on time.

Online order last night for carry out. Great deal available online. Tracker started, I drove over, and the order was ready before I could park. Very good staff, easy to get my order and nice boxes for everything. Very happy overall.
