The donuts here are "gangster" quality good. These are the donuts I grew up with - high quality and made to perfection. Sadly the places that rhyme with "pumpkins" are now just a product of taking something that made them successful and chipping away 10% at a time until it's not recognizable. This place has some of the best donuts in south OC. I have several other places that are closer but this place is better so I go here. Also - the staff are courteous and welcoming - something most donut places don't even have a concept of.

Donut Starr has become a regular Friday morning routine for my children and I. So when we had my sons Boy Scout Eagle project to plan we knew we were going to incorporate Donut Starr for breakfast. They were happy to support my son and his Eagle project. We are very grateful. My family and I will continue going there for their wonderful donuts and their ham and cheese croissants, and would recommend it to anybody else.

They don't have a single bad donut! I showed up at 940 on mother's day only to find about 20 donuts left and I didn't want to leave empty handed so I tried some donuts that we normally would not get and turns out we have a new favorite now! And I've since returned 3 times and everything is super high quality!

Best donuts around. The owners are so friendly and so generous. Twice I came in, once I bought a dozen for home and they threw in some donut holes, yay! A couple days ago I ordered 4 dozen donuts for my coworkers and they threw in a free coffee, a croissant, and an extra 6 or so donuts. My coworkers were raving about how delicious they were, "I think they put crack in those donuts!" "Bro! Where did you get those donuts they are so bomb!"Will be coming back any time donuts are being craved! Thanks guys

One of our favorite donut shops in the area. Located at the corner of Los Alisos & Trabuco by the Taco Bell. This is a very small shopping center with a few parking spots to share among businesses. As always, early bird gets the worm. The earlier you come, the more choices. I appreciate that most of their donuts have the option for glazed or plain. My favorite blueberry donut comes in glazed or just plain. Both are just as delish. Love the old fashioned. Croissant varieties: plain, sweet fillings, jalapeño cream cheese, ham and cheese, and HOTDOG! Refrigerated drinks for your convenience. Hot coffee per usual. This one of the few donut shops that actually have tons of inside seating. Leticia is the sweetest. If you're lucky enough you'll find a few donut holes with your order. Great service.
