Takes way too long to get your food. Even when I ordered online forty minutes ahead I had to wait 20 minutes for my food after arriving. Poor quality too and way too much ketchup on their burgers .

Got a regular fry burger and drink and it cost $25. I skipped the classic combo so I could get more fries but was basically the same. Good food but not worth that much

Family of 4 = $85.88 with tax before they ask for a tip, for doing their jobs. 4 burgers, 2 fry (they give you a lot), 4 drinks. In-n-out probably half this price. Yes, that is $86 for lunch.

Good overall experience but the burgers are pretty expensive if you start doing the add-ons... Cajun fries are amazing. Free peanuts prior to eating your tasty burger.

I recently had the chance to try Five Guys, thanks to a birthday gift card from my cousin, and I was excited to see what all the hype was about. Right off the bat, I want to give a heads-up—if you have a peanut allergy, this place may not be for you. They have an abundance of free peanuts available as an appetizer, and the atmosphere is definitely filled with that unmistakable peanut scent.
When it comes to burgers, Five Guys offers an impressive variety of toppings, but I found it to be a bit overwhelming. There were so many flavors competing that I struggled to really taste the meat itself, which was disappointing. It felt like the toppings overshadowed the quality of the burger itself.
On a more positive note, the fries were quite good! I appreciated the option of malt vinegar, which you don’t often find at burger joints. It added a nice touch to the experience. However, I was taken aback by the price—two burgers and fries set me back $30, which I don’t think is quite worth it for the overall experience.
While I enjoyed some aspects of my visit, particularly the fries and the variety of toppings, I don’t think I’ll rush back anytime soon. Five Guys certainly has its fans, but it just didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

Not a fair review. Went straight to the counter, saw their prices, turned around and walked out. How can they charge as much as a full service restaurant for a burger?

We had often heard that Five Guys was very similar to In-N-Out but nothing could be further from the truth. The Place was dirty, the atmosphere was cheap. The Burger was a disapoint;ment the plus was the fries - quite good.

If you love In-N-Out skip going to Five Guys it is a major disappointment. Yes they have similar style, but one is immaculate with very helpful people, skip these Guys.
