My recent takeout experience from Five Guys in Mission Viejo was disappointing, warranting a one-star review. The critical issue was the accuracy of our order: not only was the burger size incorrect, but lettuce and raw onion were also missing from one of our burgers—basic mistakes that shouldn't happen at a place known for its quality and customization. These significant errors in our takeout order detracted from the overall satisfaction. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in service and order accuracy.

For a Burger place prices are Really high. $ 14.50 for a burger and 7.00 for FF. Didn't get the order right.They don't even bring your food to the table.Then ask for an 18% tip. I'd rather eat at In and Out. No thanks.
