This is my go to restaurant but yesterday I encountered a problem and I was not happy about the way they responded. I ordered 3 chicken bowls with white rice and veggies. When I got home I received 3 chicken bowls with only veggies. I called them and they offered to replace the bowls which is great except for the fact that I didn't have time to drive back to the restaurant. They offered to give me a 1 bowl next time I come in. I found that unreasonable as all 3 orders were not made correctly. I just won't be coming back to this location.

This store has the worst costumer service. My chicken was super dry and I asked for rice and only got veggies and dry chicken also didn’t close the lid properly and spilled all over my car.
I tried calling to explain to them they got my order wrong, never apologize and told me to call Monday to speak to the manager. I called Monday and it took me for ever to get a hold of them and when I finally did they hung up. I called again and left two messages and they never returned my call so I had my boyfriend call and they told them that they weren’t able to do anything about it. I will never come back to this location. Safe your money and choose another location because this place sucks.

Big shout out to Juana Vargas and the chef on Sunday afternoon. The food was made well and quickly, and Juana was very kind and helpful with taking my order and she maintained great customer service despite a particularly difficult customer in the middle of a rush.

The location appears to be closed, yet they don’t remove it from google maps. The phone number doesn’t work, and when you call the another location to ask if this one exists, they don’t know. I’ve never even eaten here but so far they aren’t helping.

One of the bathrooms is marked as out of service, the other bathroom has no hand soap. I told the lady at the counter they didn't have soap and she said they are getting a delivery in 15 minutes and I could use hand sanitizer. 25 minutes later and no soap delivery. I left and I realized half way through eating my food that I don't know how the employees are washing their hands without soap. I'm not sure if hand sanitizer is a viable substitute. I'm going to call corporate.

This location only gives you 1 Hot Sauce or 2 Magic Sauces per bowl. They charge an additional ¢30 for each sauce. If you enjoy your bowls saucy and spicy like me, then it’s about to get real expensive at this specific Flame Broiler. Additionally they often don’t answer their phones.TLDR;30¢ each for more than 1 hot sauce (or 2 magics)

Flame Broiler is pretty consistent throughout SoCal. This ones not particularly pretty or clean or lively, but it does the job.

Had a excellent experience in this spot with my daughter. The food was served quick and the customer service is just great. Prices are fair.

I love flame broiler, but this store is very poor quality, hair on my food, they put so little chicken in it and they don't cook it well, the employees are rude and have a bad attitude
