This was our 3rd time visiting. We live out of state but come to town annually. The pizza is consistently yummy. The kids had so much fun making their own pizzas! They thought they were just playing with the dough but their jaws dropped when he delivered their pizzas cooked! So fun

Only thing you should be flippin is a U-Turn out the door. Service was slow and staff forgot to make a salad that was ordered at the register. All of 4 customers in the restaurant and we had to remind them to make a salad. Calzones came out as different sizes than ordered. Even found 3 black olive PITS in the calzone which could have broken a tooth. Brought this attention to an employee who acted like they could care less. Also...no Canadian Bacon!

I ordered through the phone and I paid extra for extra cheese and toppings. The toppings I paid for were missing as well as the cheese. Although a little disappointed, the pizza was still good. Just paid extra for nothing though.

I am giving a 3 conceding that maybe this pizza isnt my cup of tea and someone may actually like this type of pizza. The crust is very thin and lacks rigidity forcing you to fold the pizza or use two hands to eat it. Floppy pizza is the first fail. The cheese and toppings were applied sparingly. 12 inch pizza slice with only 8 3/4 inch diameter pieces of pepperoni. Pepperoni wasnt crisp and tasted nearly uncooked. Cheese and sauce had minimal flavor.

Wouldn't know because our order for my son's 4th birthday party never got delivered. Tried to order well in advance on the website but they don't allow you the option to do so. I would have felt better being able to order in advance online as that way you would get an email confirmation. We called instead and they took our order over the phone, confirmed and completed payment via phone and charged our card. Our party was only from 10am-12pm so we wanted pizza delivered between 11am and 1120am, which they said they would do. Google says they open at 11am. Looked thoroughly through their website to confirm if otherwise, but there are no hours posted on there. I even asked the girl who took our order, "hey I see your place opens at 11am, when is the earliest you can get pizza delivered. She confirmed 11am-1120am. She said it wouldn't be a problem." Apparently she doesn't even know the hours of the place she works at! See below for more: So 1045am day of the party I tried to call to confirm and was horrified when someone just picked up the phone, said "We open at 12pm" and abruptly hung up. I knew something was wrong. I tried to call back over 20 times but by now they either didn't pick up or pick up and then hung up on me. I asked my husband do we trust that they will bring the pizza? He said yes of course they will. By 11.15am there was nobody in sight. My heart sank. 20 kids for my son's party and they were starving and no food for them. I called and called again and finally someone picked up the phone and stayed silent. I pleaded "Please don't hang up I just need help with our pizza order for son's party which is right now, and we ordered with you and nobody is here with the food." I spoke with the cook who was there who was very polite and apologetic but alas she could not help. She said she found our order, said it was written for next week, without any name written on it about who took our order. So many issues with this situation: 1) Inability to order online 2) No one to claim responsibility for taking our phone order 3) No confirmation of our order or follow up to ensure accuracy 4) Hours listed on Google inaccurate with actual hours. But actual hours not even posted on the website to find and cross check 5) Not picking up the phone to assist when really this could have been caught early and mitigated if someone had not just hung up on me when I called at 1045am and spoke to me like a normal human. Overall, what a ridiculously run place and ultimately ruined our birthday party for the kids. I felt terrible, very upset, and was shaking and ready to cry. Thanks a lot Flippin Pizza for a whole lot of nothing.

At 5pm, I came for the Tuesday special on slices however, they were all very old looking with some stacked on top of each other. I asked which one was the newest and they said, all were made at the same time between 12-1pm. That means, they have been sitting out for 4-5 hours. I ordered 12 pep rollups for 13.95. When the cashier rang them up, they were 19.95 I pointed out the incorrect price on the menu, they would not match the advertised price. The menu is posted on the counter and in the menu holder. The TV menu has no pricing listed. I asked if the owner was available, they were not present.

Place looked really nice. While walking in we were greeted to the cashiers blank stare no hello or anything. Should've been a red flag but we were so tired after trying to find some place to eat for awhile we decided to continue. Ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots, cina knots and 3 cookie, 2 sodas. Right off the back I don't understand why you're offering sodas when the soda machine is out of every single soda option besides sprite and Powerade. When I did choose these options It sprayed all over my hands. Luckily brought out a 2 liter of fanta from the back for my wife. I didn't drink a soda. So I told them to reimburse me by giving me another cina knots. He brought me a garlic knock. Finally pizza came. 10 in pizzas. Cut into 4. You can cut them into 8 slices very simply. But no. That's too much to ask. Garlic knots were spicy for some reason. After about 15 mins I decided to go ask for my other order of garlic knots, cina knots and cookies. Since that's what I paid for? I guess they thought I forgot. So we had to wait. Think they'd be fresh but no they were room temp and cookies burned to a crisp. How places like this are even open always shocks me. Waste of 50$ and a nice family night. This the second time I came to orange county and it's been a total waste of time and money.
