Wish they would have more consistent flavors and fresh toppings (esp the nuts) like Yogurtland. We support our local businesses but businesses must put a little more effort to bring in more customers.

Great service! Decent pricing! Cozy place for food, games, TV or movie in the background. Less flavors than yogurt land but I'm usually just fine with the plain tart and yogurt chips. I'm a weekly repeat customer!

A really great spot for ice cream of many flavors (pay by weight), but also just to hang out and get comfort food like cheese quesadilla, coffee, Italian affogato (coffee with ice cream), watch the Disney channel and play games.

LOVE the vietnamese coffee yogurt with choc. GelatoCozy environment kept clean. Sofa, TV and Bord games. Have fun.

Very nice staff, clean and quiet inside, good frozen yogurt flavors. You can ask the staff for sample cups if you want to try flavors first.

This place had been running a promotion for 6 days for a free small cup of yogurt and topping. My bf and I came in and told the woman working who was busy slurping down samples and she said ok and handed us some samples cups also. There was only one cup size out so I asked multiple times if those were the ones for the promotion which she replied yes since it’s the only size they have and have no other size cups.We fill our cups and add a topping when this rude, clueless lady acts like she’s never heard of a free ice cream. Sounds like a problem on their end, it’s not our job to teach her about their obj promotion. She insists that it was impossible and that just samples are free (yes to everyone).She decides to text her manager and let people cut us in line. I began to watch our yogurt melt onto the counter and she just continued to argue instead of calling her manager.She then opened a stack of styrofoam water cups and said this is more like the size which is not what was pictured at all. At that point our yogurt was all melted and the conversation was going nowhere. Instead of apologizing for telling us to use the regular cups they tried charging us $20 for melted froyo. Sad to see.Instead of admitting she was wrong and helping us rectify the issue, she preferred we left our already poured yogurt on the counter to go to waste. What kind of establishments prefers to throw away food instead of giving it to the customer when the mistake was made on the shops side… very sad and wasteful. She prob ate it herself after. She looked fine using the mini free cups to gobble Yogurt while we were there instead of helping.LOLOL TAKE ADVANTAGE? We asked about the promo multiple times and were told this was the only size cup for the promo. It shows that you haven’t trained your staff on a promo you chose to be a part of. We have never had this kind of treatment at any establishment except yours. We already mentioned we never want to come back here, the service is terrible and the product is even worse. Your toppings taste like they’re expiring.Also it’s extremely funny how quickly you switch up from asking us to come back and give this establishment a 2nd chance. Never. We turned it down and never will be coming back. We will tell everyone we know the kind of service that is given here.

Clueless people. Came for a promo for a free small cup of yogurt with topping. The lady offered us sample cups and said there was only one size cup so we assumed that was the small. Lady said no the promo is for a sample cup. Those are free lol! Then she tried to give us 50% off. Then she said it was actually for a styrofoam small water cup of ice cream which is what was not pictured nor did they ever give us those cups she actually has to randomly go find a small coffee cup and say it must be this when the photo clearly showed otherwise.Anyways she says nothing until we got a cup of ice cream with 1 topping. I redeemed my voucher and She let people cut us in line until our ice cream melted, while texting her manager instead of calling. She never heard back from the the manager and honestly the middle eastern lady lacked class and expected me to just know everything.#1 a cup of ice cream should not cost $17.#2 if you have a promo and a customer comes in you should give them the special cup to use if it’s not your normal cup.#3 it’s funny how they can’t afford to “give”A little extra ice cream over confusion which was only their result and THEY let it melt instead of letting me take it. Maybe I would’ve payed it the lady wasn’t so rude and let it melt before even offering a solution. I got 1 flavor in their only cup with butterfinger and they’re saying it was $17. What a joke.

Usually very good but the yogurt had a weird sour part. Very gross to be eating something sweet then suddenly getting sour milk taste =(

Friendly staff and great selection of froyo! Clean and inviting and a fun little selection of games.

You can taste the real ingredients in all of the flavors. I had strawberry from this place one day, and then another strawberry from another place the next day, and the second one tasted like chewing on the hair of a Strawberry Shortcake doll. It was like a scratch-n-sniff sticker, super fake and plasticy.The only bummer is this place is kind of a long drive from anywhere for me, but that's not their fault. Unless they're interested in discussing a deal where they operate a second location in my living room. Call me. Bring cake batter flavor.

A little fro-yo after sushi seems to always taste amazing. Frappy’s was the perfect stop for us. A WIDE assortment of flavors that were ALL delicious… made choosing a real challenge. Incredible service and a warm environment made us feel at home and appreciated as a customer. Will DEFINITELY be back to this neighborhood GEM.

Our Friends and Family all LOVE FRAPYS! They have the best flavors & so many topping options. We haven't tried anything else on their menu but have heard good things about the other options. Hands down the best flavor is the Horchata!

Clean, well stocked with everything and friendly staff! They have the best tasting yogurt around!

Staff is Super friendly and they have a wide variety of flavors and topping. We had also forgotten our beloved Jessie the Bunny and the next day we went in and the girl said ma'am you forgot this. We were so Thankful..
