My wife and I were looking for better poke... most places here are too fast-foody for me. I work in Irvine where amazing poke is standard... We ordered mixed poke/spicy and a (kiss something- forgot) roll... AMAZING!!! The quality here is amazing... you won't see it coming. But I walked in and it was apparent we have a REAL sushi chef on our hands...! What you see is a perfectly maintained workstation and just buttery fat cuts of fish... Goodness. Well that was yesterday....

Kaguya Sushi in Mission Viejo is an absolute gem that I would gladly drive across town for! Everything about my experience here was exceptional until the last bite.
