Ordered on Uber eats. I was sent boneless instead of bone in. Worse, they combined the “two” flavors into one package. If they actually did two flavors. The result was a muddled flavor that was not what I wanted, nor what I ordered.
Based on the price of food these days (not to mention cost of delivery), I give 0 stars.

We ordered here on Uber Eats to give it a chance. We were so excited that a wing place is super close to our home. Unfortunately, the wings tasted like they had been frozen, dropped in a deep fryer and finished with virtually zero sauce. I even paid additional for extra sauces to try, like their Apple BBQ and they weren't even in the bag. What a horrible experience for almost $60 of food. Such a waste. I wish this was our new place, but I guess not.

Wings were great, fairly priced and the flavors were good. Order was made quickly and they came out very fast to drop it off once I checked in.

I would totally give it a 5 star because The food is great but the service man, IT SUCKS! We let them know we were here and The curbside pick up signs says “to sit back and relax” so we did. Little did we know our food was sitting in there on a shelf getting cold. No one brought it out to us, we did see employees come and go and some for a smoke break and they saw us but not one came and said anything or brought us the food. We got there right when it said to be there so that way our food would be fresh but instead we waited 15 mins not knowing that our food was inside getting colder by the minute. So disappointed in them and they need a better communication system.

Needs zero stars. I made a mistake and selected pick up rather than delivery , I was unable to change my order so I was charged full price didn't pick up food and no refund was offered. Never again unless they do right by me and change their platformEdit: 3/23 They did credit my account. Changing score to 3 stars because they did refund my money quickly. They still need to change the platform that you can adjust your order after submitting. Hope to try the wings soon and give it a full five star

The chili’s on Bellogente has the worst service especially on the take out. I ordered salmon and street corn multiple times. Every time I receive the order with a problem. Either I don’t get what I ordered and get someone else’s order partly. Another time, I get just a corn and the salmon just roasted. 3rd time they said they dint get our order and had to wait for another one hr. Few staff won’t apologies when we question or ask for a correction. Totally not acceptable as this kind is happening with every order.

Chili's on Crown Valley in Mission Viejo has BAD SERVICE, especially for take out. Order wings for takeout, WAIT over 1 hour. Management needs to address this problem!
