Been going to this Jack's forever and have no complaints at all.

Every time I order on the app, I have this employee that helps at the front counter. I don’t know the names cause they do not have name. Badges is very rude and disrespectful of all the customers that come in there the food’s good but counter employee is hostile no towards the customers there is one time I was walking in there and he was slapping another employee, butt this is not professional at all or appropriate.

Creates an atmosphere that make you feel goood. You just can’t get that feeling somewhere else. Don’t know he’s name but he’s Latin with a beard thanks dude. You kind and humble good bless you and your love ones.

disgusting french friesvery dry even you cannot eat.

I have to say the food is good, but there’s a huge problem for the online order. I don’t think those staffs mean to forgot something, because I try muti-location Jack-in-the-Box and it happens with same error. There’s is a system error they didn’t fix so they will mess up your order.

It's a jack in the box, so I'm not here reviewing jack in the box food. Go look elsewhere if you want that. Although I will say that the food was cooked to the ideal standard for what Jack in the Box customers should expect.

I went in here during a massive rainstorm that suddenly came out of no where while I was getting my car repaired next door. I came in here to get food and wait for my car. I got the crispy chicken sandwich meal. It was totally fine.

I love the soda machine for having my Diet Coke lime ginger available since they have that machine that has like 100 combinations of syrups to make the drink you want. The staff was nice because I didn't know what I wanted. Granted it was empty at that moment so it would be weird if they rushed me. They were totally nice. I was there well after my meal was finished waiting out the rain and my car repair. No one bothered me. Overall great experience. I don't normally eat Jack in the Box or fast food in general so I was very pleased that it was not so over greasy that i later regretted it since I wasn't used to eating that way.

If i wanted to eat jack in the box again I'd go here. Well, lf I were near this location. I live in irvine so I'm not going to drive from Irvine just for this restaurant, but I am also not going to get in my car and get Jack in the Box normally.
