Went through drive thru. It took forever. Long wait time. Staff was friendly enough. I had 2 crunchy tacos, and curly fries. My food was cold. Maybe lukewarm. 😕

They never answer their phone and it says their voicemail is full… I ordered an item and asked for no meat since I can’t eat pork and I got home to a breakfast sandwich with ham and bacon! I had to throw it out and I can’t even get a hold of anyone at the store.

First visit, had to get the tacos.
The order was quick and easy, friendly, and the food was served hot. The usual Jack quality, no complaints.
This location is fairly dated, could use an update, but is clean and neat.

People there are really nice and when I messed up my order they helped me fix it and the food is actually good here and prepared right not sloppy

We waited in line 15 min and about approximately another 12 minutes at the window. The window person did not apologize and continued to make us wait an additional 3 minutes or so. He was rude as well. Handed over bags and didn’t say anything. We asked for cookies for our 3 kids for the inconvenience wait time without asking us to wait in parked waiting area, and he straight out said NO. Name on receipt says Cristo C. Unsure if its the same person who gave us a bad experience. We decided to eat and Jack vs In and out to prevent the long line. But In n Out could’ve been much faster this time around.

I hate to say it but the service is just not it. One time accompanying my mom to get some food for the both of us and for my sister. When we were done ordering my mom calls my sister to see if she wanted fries because earlier she said she didn't. She changed her mind and so my mom stands by the register again. Not only did it take around I don't know probably 30 minutes for the cashier to return, but the food we had already ordered was getting cold after all this waiting. Even the other customers waiting were agreeing to the fact. Recently I had asked my mom if we I could order some food after I had just left work. We went through the drive thru and I had ordered the regular tiny tacos (which are 15 btw) and along with an iced coffee. After we recieved our order my mom asks for avocado sauce and asks for 2. The guy that was working only gave her 1 and quickly closed the door on her and left. After waiting a few minutes he comes back and my mom asks him for the second sauce she wanted and was told we had to pay extra for it. I get that having to pay extra for the sauce is most likely not his fault but my question is why couldn't he have said that in the first place instead of quickly closing the door on her. I get that workers are always in a hurry to get orders done but a part of your job is to ask if the customer needs anything else. Not only that but by the time I got home I noticed I was only given 13 tiny tacos instead of 15. Yeah I could've counted them before we left but mind you I had just left work in retail which requires touching clothes that have been already touched and so I didn't want to touch my food until I washed my hands. Anyways moral of the story was that the service sucks and my order wasn't fulfilled correctly. I get that people may not like their jobs but that doesn't mean the customer doesn't deserve good service.

Terrible place, the entire restaurant smells like drainage
On this evening the whole restaurant smelled like restroom cleaning detergent, employees were nice ppl
Drove through, said my order loud and correct to them. Should have known when he wanted to talk over me there was going to be an issue. Med drinks were smalls and hash browns were cold. Should have gone elsewhere for our road trip that morning.
