Jalapeños Mexican Food is hands down one of my favorite spots! Their Bistec Ranchero Burrito is absolutely amazing — packed with flavor, perfectly cooked meat, and just the right level of spice. The sopes are another favorite of mine — fresh, hearty, and so satisfying.

I’ve tried most of the items on their menu, and honestly, everything has been consistently delicious. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put care into every dish. Friendly staff and great service make the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving real, flavorful Mexican food!

I love jalapeños. I stop here whenever I come to the area. The food is always fresh! They have a small self serve salsa bar. The salsas are fresh made and delicious. I got a carne asada burrito bowl this visit. Absolutely fabulous - everything is good. The burrito bowl would be good served as a dip with chips. Pick one or two up on the way to your next party. I recommend Jalapeños to everybody. Quality food in a fast food setting. Take out or eat in - they have a small dining area.

It is very disappointing that your restaurant runs out of chile verde so early in the day. I was told that your restaurant's manager only allows a small amount to be made each day event thought it's a very popular item. Doesn't make sense that you don't want to make more to accommodate your clients. This is why I only gave you a #4 overall rating!

This restaurant has dropped its quality dramatically since covid. I have been eating here since the first store opened in Tustin years ago. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of good choices nearby
I hope that someone from the management team reads this and does something.

Food is good but service is lacking. We order every week using the app. Several times they’ve completely lost the order. The part that annoys me most is when they finally give me my prepaid order 20-30 min late, they don’t say “Sorry for the wait” or “Sorry for losing your order”. Nothing. Simple manners & courtesy is all I ask.

It is a good place for Mexican food, the prices are very good. For the amount of food it is, it is a perfect portion for an average person, there is no leftover like in other places that charge you for dishes of 25 to 30 USD, they serve you a lot but you don't leave it. Food is delicious, however both my girlfriend and myself got food poisoning from our last order. She had shrimp tacos, which were the likely culprit, but it wasn't until I had the bean dip that my symptoms were realized.
