Ordered in store at the Upper Glen st., Queensbury NY on Sunday 11/30 around 1:30.
Service was horrendous- employees were bickering.
Some not present at front counter.
Waited 1/2 hr for a sub.
Only one employee doing all the work while there was a big line of customers.
Finally more staff showed up from the back and couldn’t work together.
Terrible experience.

First time having and I was so impressed my husband and I got two sandwiches but switched off so we can try two kinds and they were absolutely delightful and rather Italian in the best way . Would definitely eat here again 😋

It seems like it's a great place to have a sandwich but the meat though freshly sliced is very very thin. The bread is just so so. The person serving me was annoyed with my impatience trying to figure out what I really wanted. I guess I deserve that

My boyfriend and I went to the Rancho Mission Viejo location on a Saturday.. The Sandwich artist was very friendly and personable with all his customers. He acknowledged every person as he made our sandwich and took and remembered their orders simultaneously! Sorry, I did not get his name. Amazing, Excellent customer service, and great vibes. Thank you.

These guys are amazing and grubhub tried to refuse a refund on an order mistake. I called the story asked them to cancel and not make the food, they did that then grubhub did not call them and i asked the manager to call grubhub, and THEY DID immediately... Customer service is dead at a lot of places, but not here! Please order everything from these guys!

I like the fact that they seal your delivery oder with 3 stickers, which lets you know it hasn't been tampered with. Oh and great food!

Last Mon h we ordered 6"chicken philly, got a 12" beef 1 by mistake. Tiday, we asked for a mushroom gf bread, and service person try to convince us we didn't. It was kind of tasteless, could have had 1 or 2 more slices of cheese. Maybe a little salt and pepper? Have a hand full of bread leftover. Not happy

This is the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been too. Michael and Kai always have the best service. I always come in and they always treat me right and get my sandwich absolutely dialed in. The bread is always super fresh and they treat me and every customer I see with kindness and a great attitude. I was so honored to be in there presence that I wanted to take a photo.
Give these boys a raise or employee of the month stat.

First visit and as usual, enjoyed the food.
We had the “Big Kahuna”, a cheesesteak, with jalapeños and mushrooms. It was well made and all good.
Clean store and friendly staff.
Recommended.

Best, Jersey Mike's store I've ever been in by far. The staff team is outstanding and they treat us super well every time we go in. I haven't gotten all the names yet, but some amazing! Employees that send out to me would definitely be Brandon and the manager is very nice as well. She has always treated us with respect and they've never messed up any of our orders.
