Legit the best chicken katsu I’ve had. I’ve ordered it in a dozen places including Hawaii and have Never been impressed. I almost didn’t want to order it because I thought it’d be another disappointment... But it was everything I ever thought it should be. Juicy and crispy with a good sauce. The spam masubi was fire and all the fixin’s were good too. The pork wasn’t my thing and I regret not getting short ribs or bbq beef though.

The proportions seem authentic though lmao. A lotta food poly style for the price

Went last night. Ordered 3 meals for pick up. My meal of half and half bbq chicken and chicken katsu was missing. I called in and asked if I could come back and get my meal since they forgot to give it to us. They said yes. Had to drive all the way back, pick up the order only to realize when I got home it was the incorrect order.

I called in and spoke to the manager today and asked if I could just get a refund on just my meal. He said it was too hard to do that and offered a replacement meal. However, not really wanting to go back there and just want a refund on the meal I didnt get. Also keep in mind i also spent time and money on gas driving back and forth.

Will not be going back. Please check your meals before you go.

I placed my order online in advance and came to the restaurant to pick it up. Despite this, several walk-in customers who arrived after me placed their orders and received their food while I was still waiting. Even worse, the restaurant continued to accept and prioritize walk-in orders while my already-paid online order kept getting delayed.

Online ordering should save time, not make customers wait longer than walk-ins. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management reviews how they handle online or delivery orders versus walk-in customers.

Disgusting food. The chicken and BBQ ribs did not taste right at all—the meat was slimy and clearly not fresh, while the katsu was overly chewy, like the chicken was partially raw. I didn't even eat most of it and ended up wasting $50. When I called to complain, the employee told me that since I ordered online, I couldn't get a refund. Terrible experience all around.

I got the Loco Moco for delivery. It was so savory. It comes with hamburger patties topped with brown gravy and two fresh fried eggs. I got the eggs sunny side up. I love the gooey yolk. It adds more delicious flavor. I also got three huge servings of macaroni salad. That too was flavorful and delicious. The spam Musubi were huge. I would definitely go again and recommend it.

Good food. Significantly more expensive than other locations I've been to (LA locations have plates/combos for 3-4$ less). McDonald's style order kiosk too. Don't think this is competitively priced for the type of food. Wouldn't come back to this location. Food took like 20 minutes when there were maybe 3 other people in the restaurant.

I have been going here for about 2-3 years. Everytime I go I remember why I don’t return for a while, the whole restaurant and more specifically the fountain drink area / register smells so disgusting like an open sewer line or like dirty discusting mop water has been setting underneath the cash register since the place open. I don’t understand it makes me want to not order but I’m hungry so I do, the atual restaurant doesn’t look filthy but smells horrendous. What the F is that smell?! If it continues to smell next time I come in ima call the city and they can figure it.
