Locca Boba Tea

Great Boba, too bad it has terrible service. Whenever I go it’s a 50/50 chance that a worker will be there, there won’t even be sign, just and empty and very clearly still open cafe. Again, it’s a shame because I do really enjoy their Boba, but it’s just very poorly run/managed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The short brunette girl that took our order was not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed and just walked away without a word after taking our order. When she came out with the drinks she just put them on the counter and again didn’t say anything and walked back inside. The drinks lacked flavor. They tasted watered down plus there was no churros. It was overall a bad experience and it was not the slightest bit welcoming.

waited for well over 20 minutes for service even though there was a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes”. When workers finally came back, we were not addressed for another few minutes. They were also out of churros and there were no lights on. Also took awhile to make our drinks and seemed to be messing around in the back. Drinks themselves weren't the worst, but the experience overall was far from pleasant.

When we arrived we saw a sign that said be back in 5 minutes but we waited at least 20 minutes while the two employees were walking around right past us. They finally stopped and asked if we were waiting took our order laughing and giggling at eachother not acknowledging us while ordering. They were also out of churros and took forever to make our drinks. The drinks are ok, but the service is ridiculous.

Had to wait 25 minutes for the workers to come back to work. Once they came back, they barely acknowledged us and did not listen when I was ordering. It took them another 10 minutes to make my boba and it was warm, extremely bitter and there was pulp at the bottom.

Were gone for 25 minutes. When came back didn’t even say anything. Were talking to each other when I was ordering and didn’t pay attention. Took a long time to make the drink. And messed up my order. The drink was warm when I ordered it iced, tasted watered down and the cup was sticky.

I placed an order online and after arriving at the location I waited more than 5 minutes and the girl in the front didn't even acknowledge me even after being in front of me to give out an order just to say hi or we're close because it was 750pm and I understand but I would have found out that the order i placed 30 minutes ago didn't go through which made me more upset. This is the 3rd time I been to this place and everytime I have stopped by they are never in the front and I have to wait and they are not friendly at all so I rather drive further for a drink and won't be coming back.

Great boba and customer service! Short brown haired girl was very good at helping us find a drink we would love. She gave full details on each drink she recommended. Boba was very well textured and the tea was very well complimented with the milk. Highly recommend the jasmine milk tea!

A girl with brown hair told me and my friends they had enough churros to make 1 ice cream churro. 5 minutes after we get our churro a family of 5 comes and orders churros. They got churros and when we asked the girl why she told us they didn’t have anymore churros, she got mad and walked in the back.

Sadly the milk tea I ordered was bland and totally sugarless. I don’t know if that’s the “norm” and you’re supposed to add sweetener yourself or something but usually milk teas come sweetened so maybe that was just a mistake. I gave this place 2 stars because the boba quality was pretty good and the menu looked pretty cool. The location is a little confusing at first but it’s a great atmosphere. Just make sure the milk tea is sweetened !

My purple pony was DELICIOUS. The lavender honey ice cream was like nothing I've ever had before. The churros were also perfect in both taste and texture. And the presentation was very fun and colorful. The two girls working were also very nice

I wanted to like this place because I love churros and milk tea, but after ordering churros and a milk tea on 3 separate occasions, it’s always just been bland and mediocre. I know their handmade/loose leaf tea approach is different but it’s not for everyone.The milk teas always taste watered down even when freshly made. The boba was soft but tasteless, too. And the churros sadly are near flavorless as well. I think they rely on the chocolate/ice cream add-ons for the churros to be enjoyable. It’s hard for me to NOT LIKE a milk tea and churros but this dedicated milk tea and churros place pulled that off. I also rarely leave reviews but this had to be said.
