This location is terrible. I avoid it entirely and would rather drive further to Lake Forest or Rancho Santa Margarita. Honestly, the food in jail tastes better than what they serve here.

The girl working the counter was sick and handled the food left a bad smell on my coffee cup told her about it wiped it off still smelled,finally another woman came in I told her and she replaced cup while the girl who had the cold laughed at me thought it was funny that she came to work with cold spreading germs to everyone. I will go outta my way not to come back to this McDonald's .

They never give you the correct food. I pay for 4 people and get like 2 people worth of food. Waist of money. I call and call and call and they never answer to fix the issue.

I’m not sure why we are paying such high price when the order is never correct. I pulled up to the intercom to place my order, where two girls were laughing and giggling. I had to reiterate my order multiple times because they were laughing and could not hear me. I did ask for receipt to make sure they got my order correct. I pulled up to receive my food. I made sure the food was in the correct packaging and labeled, only to get home open my food and see that my food was incorrect. This has happened several times. If I go back, I will be sure to hold their drive through up, sit there and check every item from the inside out before leaving. They can never get the sauces correct either. My kids like bbq sauce for their nuggets, I’m not sure why they keep giving us ranch? Half of the time the fries are not full, limp, and unsalted. McDonald’s is just not what it used to be. Lacking in service and the food departments

Truly a simple order. Two #5 with bbq sauce one #7 with no cheese. More than $42.00..what a shame.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, apparently I haven't had their food in awhile. The burger was smaller than I remember and the meat was like mush. (Horrible) my frozen coke had no fit and very little coke flavoring. To top it off the tiny burger was over $5.00
This was the last time I eat McDonald's.

Very very Quick service, yes, even for a McDonalds the Drive thru is fast, even better the food quality and preparation is right on point, the best it can be every single time. This is a special location managed so well, this franchise owner is on top of things with a capable team from top to bottom. (No soggy fries here) They are perfect each and every time, since the opening of this location I have yet to be disappointed with anything or had anything but perfection. I've been to McDonalds around the world, been to every Hawaii location, but always love coming home after months/years at a time to have a properly prepared McDonalds meal or even just some fries and Oreo Mc flurry . A+++

I came here for a quick lunch worst mistake ever. AllThe high school kids come here. Try to avoid lunch here. They have the best filet o fish sandwich. They forgot to give me my coke and then made me pull up to the front and park. I had to go inside and get my medium coke. They need to hire more people. The drive thru female girl because she was young was not nice.
