The points system never work, I will go there with over 12,000 point, to get something for 6000 points, it never works.

I just got home and found that my cheeseburger was missing the meat. I feel sorry for the vegetarian that got my cheeseburger. That is a terrible mistake to make. I tried to call but they won't answer their phone. Thanks for my unhappy meal.

Everything is wrong at this location. Dont take my word for it, go to yelp and look….This place cant get an order right to save their lives. To the owner, whom i believe is a former MLB baseball player, you seriously need to go in here and do some house cleaning. Management needs to be fired and some of the staff as well. The saddest part is, I could walk in there right now and literally do the job of at least three of these idiots. I have read a ton of the Yelp reviews and have left some myself, I can tell you from experience all of the horrible reviews are accurate. Please do something about this location, it really is that bad.

Sometimes they get my order right. But usually they forget a few things. Double check your orders, because the people here won't do that for you.

Edit: Went again today and threw away a burger because there was a taste of rot, so I didn't trust it.

This McDonald’s is the worst, they refuse to hire more people and the service is horrible. Can’t even count the number of times I have to wait in the parking spot because they don’t have coffee ready (on a Sunday morning). Then, and it never fails, they forget about you and I have to walk inside to get it. Just terrible, hire some staff.

This location is terrible. I avoid it entirely and would rather drive further to Lake Forest or Rancho Santa Margarita. Honestly, the food in jail tastes better than what they serve here.

The girl working the counter was sick and handled the food left a bad smell on my coffee cup told her about it wiped it off still smelled,finally another woman came in I told her and she replaced cup while the girl who had the cold laughed at me thought it was funny that she came to work with cold spreading germs to everyone. I will go outta my way not to come back to this McDonald's .
