My brother had brought me some cookies from here a month ago & they were so yummy & deliciously soft! I was in the area & decided to get some for my husband & kids to try. Super cute ambiance & nice workers. Surprisingly almost all of the cookies except for maybe 4 of them were tough & hard (I bought a dozen). Needless to say I hyped up these cookies for my family just for them to be disappointed. Sad thing is too is that we live in SD & can’t even exchange them for softer ones because we don’t live nearby. Spent $30 for cookies we didn’t even want to finish. So sad. My review is for the Mission Viejo location.So the owner reached out & asked me to email him. I did so about 5 days ago & no response. I think they want to show that they’re trying to be proactive but don’t actually do anything to make sure customers are happy. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone or at least this location anyway. Go anywhere but the Mission Viejo location.

Stumbled on this little gem. Very happy. They had flavored milks - banana milk, orange cream, root beer to name a few. We had the banana and orange, both very tasty. Also tried several cookies. They were nice large sized cookies and the prices were very reasonable - unlike all the fancy cookie joints that are now charging $4 to $5 per gourmet cookies, Milk & Cookies prices were much lower. I think we got 3 cookies and 2 milks for $13. Service was good, parking was easy. Next time we'll have to try the ice cream. I've already recommended them to several friends!

Milk & Cookies makes my heart and soul happy. I tend to place a delivery order from them when I've had a bad day or week because they immediately turn my frown upside down! Their cookies are delightful, no matter which ones I've tried. I've also had several of their milk flavors. Banana is my favorite, but strawberry is a close second. They send everything in the cutest box, which makes me believe their location is just as cute. Someday, hopefully, I'll get in there. If they are out of anything, they send a handwritten note with a substitute item, and I haven't been disappointed yet! So, top-notch service with the thoughtful notes! By the way, don't sleep on their ice cream. It's the best I've ever had.

The snickerdoodle are on point! Crispy edges with a soft center! I couldn't have made them better myself!!
Pretty amazing... I'm not the biggest sweets person but I had cookies and milk delivered for my bday through Uber eats as a surprise and what an amazing treat! The cookies were so good, honestly just tasted like a super fresh baked cookie you pull out of the oven and even a day or two later. We will definitely be a new customer for sure!

I was so impressed by excellent customer service and the delicious cookies. The girls taking my order tonight were so kind, accommodating, and had such a positive attitude. My cookie was cooked to perfection and went perfectly with their cookie monster ice cream. I will definitely be coming back!

What a fun find down in South County. Adjacent to I Saddleback College, this spot offers affordable ice cream options and delicious cookies! They'll make a milkshake, they even have a variety of milks!We had a really nice customer service experience while we were there, patient and informative, and I opted to get a butter cake ice cream with a toffee cookie. It was delightful and only $5.50.I will definitely come back when I am in the area again. They also have a cool catering cart in case you went to hire them to attend your event and scoop out joy to all of your guests.

I have a big sweet tooth but I am also picky on the quality I get when buying desserts. Hands down these cookies are wonderfully amazing! I tried the chocolate chip & white chocolate macadamia nut. Great ratio of ingredients, they may look average and simple yet are anything but that. I will have to refrain myself from coming here too often now. 110% recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!
