Had a bad experience at Momot tea house. Their options are limited and they have no flexibility to add the topping I want on the drink I want. I should have walked away but decided to try anyway and it wasn’t that good after all. I felt it was a waste of money.

I absolutely love your strawberry matcha drink it has got to be the best thing iv ever drank! I will definitely be coming back here again because of this amazing experience. Not to mention how clean the place is, absolutely unreal experience. My favorite place to go nowadays LOVE.

this is my favorite Boba place to come to. I always go get drinks from here when I feel like it. They have Boba. They have Matcha latte. They even have stuff with coffee and I love their Oreo crush. It’s one of the new things that I’m trying my favorite things are the winter melon Boba milk, tea, and the strawberry Matcha, very clean place and very friendly people

Love this place! Always my go to boba near me. Their royal milk tea or taro is the always something I look forward to.

If you’re a boba connoisseur, this isn’t the best place.. but it’ll scratch the itch.
The texture of the boba is pretty consistent every time I go which is good. It’s chewy and thoroughly cooked unlike other places where I can tell it’s underdone. The only reason why I am not rating higher is because their portion for a double boba (me paying $.75 for that additional scoop depending on the drink or $1.50) is always so inconsistent. One day I’m getting what looks and seems like double scoop, and like today, I got a scoop and a third of a second scoop (and yes I did watch them put it in the cup). If I am paying .75 cents for that second scoop… then I should get the same amount every time. One of the things that separates good from great is consistency, and unfortunately this place has a little too much inconsistency to be great.

The tea here is perfectly blended, no big chunks, the boba tastes great! Always love the atmosphere & the workers are very nice and helpful when you need assistance. 10/10

I had the boba matcha latte unsweet regular ice with oat milk and boba and the Mango Strawberry Slush less sweet. I really enjoyed both of these and would definitely order both again. A much preferred tea shops like this where they have dairy alternatives and allow less sweet teas because I don't like my tea too sweet. They had some nice seating inside though. In this case, I ordered to go and they had a kiosk that you could order with which I always prefer personally because it allows me to browse a little bit more and know what selections are available to me to customize my tea.

The people serving us were friendly, and the different drinks were delicious, and I appreciated that vegan drinks with the boba pearls were available!

I love this drink place so much great costumer service and staff if super sweet and they have very good drinks!

My favorite neighborhood boba place! Love having this place across the street. The boba is great and the staff is always kind. The passion fruit tea with boba and lychee is the best!

The worst boba ever! I asked for a hot royal milk tea and was told to wait 7-10 minutes. Instead of brewing a fresh hot tea, all they did was mix milk and cold tea and warm it up in the microwave for over 2 minutes, unbelievable! Don’t waste your money like I did! I’d never go back to this place and not recommend it at all

All the teas here are pretty mid. And also unnecessarily overpriced.

Coffe boba was really good. Place is clean and nice. Staff was great
