This place isn't it. Their menu looks great and tempting, but the food is meh. The fries were good. Their sauce is decent but their main star, the chicken, is a dud. This is the second time I ordered from here, hoping the first time was just a one off and this time I ordered their hottest chicken hoping the extra flavor would make a difference. Sadly, it did not. The chicken was definitely hot, but it had a strange fishy flavor. The toast is also unimpressive. Look elsewhere if you want chicken strips.

The chicken comes bland and cold, and doesn’t have sauce on it so it’s mot Nashville hot chicken, the Texas toast is BARELY toasted and on one side only, the fries are atrocious. The sliders are...well sliders. I thought it would be like Dave's sliders but they had small portions and it was overpriced in my opinion. Definitely not worth $11 (I think it was more than that). Taste wise they were good, I ordered a medium level spice and it was delicious! They don't have a phone number which is weird. The mac and cheese was under cooked and not even cheesy...mostly like a soup with no flavor, only spice. The fries were okay. They were quick with getting the food prepared, so that was a plus. Overall, it's mediocre at best unfortunately. Hopefully they step it up.

Gross food, bottom bread was soaked in oil, oil smelled and tasted like fish, chicken was burnt and smashed before they fried it so it was a thin piece of disappointment. The Mac and cheese was watery and oil and just off. Idk how they’re in business still.

That was the worst dinner I've ever had. I don't even leave reviews for food, but this is a special case. Our order was missing a bunch of stuff. The fries were soggy and unseasoned. The Mac n cheese was disgusting and had a weird chunky oily texture. The Texas toast was uncooked on one side so it was all soggy. The XX hot chicken was mild at best, not to mention this was nowhere near what real Nashville chicken is like. Even the sweet tea sucked. We threw away our whole dinner. What a shame.

Wings came to me overcooked and bone dry. Huh. I don’t mind overcooked chicken but don’t advertise saucy wings when that’s not you’re selling.

0 stars if possible. Order was missing 1/3 of the items ordered, didn’t come with any of the 6+ sauces we ordered and arrived very cold with the exception of the Mac and cheese, which was luke warm. There is no contact number for this location. Which I have now come to understand means they know they are the worst and no longer want to hear about it.

This is what you get for $14. Two chicken strips and two pieces of toast. Tiny pieces of chicken. Order delivery was cold. I guess it also comes with two sides, but the They were missing, as were the sauces that I selected. All supposed to be included. Chicken was good but extremely small portions. I would have simply called the business to complain, but this business has no phone number listed even though it has been here for at least a couple months. I had to add this business to Yelp to make this review.

I had high hopes for this place but... everything was cold, the fries and fried pickles tasted like they were a day old. the coleslaw is lettuce and turning brown. the ranch didn't taste right either and I paid an extra $1 for the collard greens.. My first time ordering with this place and it will be my last. I hate to throw food away but we definitely had to with this place. I ordered from doordash for the avondale location because this place doesn't come up on Google maps here... weird... stay away
