Issue with reward for the second drink after getting app. Customer service helped out fast virtually. I was not deciding to go again after the issue but after customer service resolved it super fast was happy with the service provided so will come back. Thanks.

The service was very poor. The cashier was super nice but the shift lead (or manager) was super rude when I ordered a healing greens. It seemed like she did not want to help me at all and rolled her eyes. Her tone was so rude. Then when my shot is ready at the counter, it was green. I ordered a ginger shot (those are supposed to be yellow) and it was green and had orange pieces floating around in it and it was so bad I had to strain it out at home. I called a different nektar store and they said it is because of not being cleanly and washing the containers before you make ginger shots. I was very unhappy with this experience.

The workers are always super nice and always greeting me when I walk in the service is great as well.

Kid-friendliness: I personally don’t have any kids but when there are kids, the workers are always super nice and friendly to them. As well as with the highschoolers around the area.

I can’t say enough great things about my visit to Nékter! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was on point—super friendly and welcoming. The speed of service? Lightning fast! I barely had time to blink, and my order was ready. And the quality? Absolutely top-notch. My smoothie was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. Was able to place my mobile order and pick it up in a timely fashion. Smoothie tasted great. Nekter is my favorite juice/smoothie/acai place. Only request is to make subbing OUT coconut products more easy because I can't eat coconut!

Oh, so good! Today, we ordered the Greenie and Berry Banana Burst drinks, and they were fantastic. We had them delivered by Uber Eats, and the service was excellent. The taste was refreshing and cool. We enjoyed the drinks while listening to some cool soft rock, and the ambiance was chill and reflective. Highly recommended

I love the greenie juice here! It’s fresh and helps with digestion. I get the 32oz and split that into 4 days.Also love the bowls with a scoop of protein powder it’s like two meals I get that split into two bowls! So yummy.

I just love the menu, the cleanliness and the service at the mission viejo location. Everyone is so nice and professional which goes a long way. This is always my preferred Nekter.
