This location is the worst nekter I have ever see. Most of time there is only one young girl working alone and trying to get everything done. I feel bad for the workers. Keep away from this location.

What a horrible experience. My order was accepted on app but on arrival the employee said she had no ingredients to make the items ordered. Offered me a strawberry banana smoothie and when I asked for a refund said she had to call her boss. Like what the actual ****!!!!!! Stay awayyyyy from this location. The owner could care less. Always short staffed extremely long wait times and zero accountability

0 stars I bought 2 smoothies and one Açaí bowl. Absolutely horrible. Was just blended up water with some fruit added in. The employee came up to me asking to add agave to my smoothie because she forgot to add it in. Talked about not needing to clean the blenders because we ordered the same smoothies as others. Definitely avoid this place at all costs. I ordered the tropical cooler smoothie and it tasted rancid. I couldn't drink it...I thought it was just me but I had someone else try it and they said the same thing. The environment of this place is nasty not up to par with other locations. Also if you mistakenly order at this location they will not refund you. I accidentally placed my order here recently....and I was never able to pick it up because this location is far from me and obviously wasn't going to order from this place after the first time with the rancid drink. So basically making me pay for something I never got. The owner said it's "because it was already made". You're a place that works with food. Waste is inevitable and to make a customer loose out on their money. I was robbed. When I called this location to explain what happened the girl working there rudely said hello like she was annoyed. I almost thought I had the wrong number. She didn't mention nektar or anything. Just overall bad experiences here. Will never be coming back.

Careful with the Marguerite Parkway location. I ordered a juice online. My order then updated and said it was ready. Went into pick it up today 2/12/24 and the place is locked, no one around. I then called the store to leave a message for the manager and the voicemail box is full and not accepting messages. There is tape over the hours of operation sign on the front door window which has masking tape over the Mon-Friday opening times and it is altered. I had to get a refund via Uber eats. ‍ Get it together Nektar.

this place is so disgusting it's unbelievable. im surpised corporate hasnt intervened and closed this location by now. came here a few years ago and had an awful experience, tried to give it a go again & it was even worse. moldy food, expired, the store is as hot as a sauna, very dirty. wish i could rate it a zero. DISGUSTING!!!!

Overall pretty bad experience similar to other reviews, however I really can’t blame the staff as much since they tried to be helpful despite managers requests. I ordered a bowl and it came out half the size, watery, and poorly made. I was told that the bowl size is all they had, yet the manager insists they use a smaller bowl and charge the same price. Not cool…We also ordered a juice and it came out 3/4 full and didn’t taste at all what it’s supposed to. I wish the manager was there so we could share our experience.

My SMOOTHIE was the consistency of water and was 90% coconut water. And at TEN dollars? Never again. Especially since all their cutting boards are covered in black mold ?? and the guy working wasn't disinfecting them, he just rubbed them with a dry paper towel. It's no wonder they're always empty. Everyone told me not to go here, but I really wanted a smoothie, and now I see why everyone jumps on the frozen refresher at starbucks bandwagon instead of this atrocious place. The WORST smoothie I've ever had, should have ordered a juice and seen if it would be thicker than this monstrosity I was given. Don't walk, run to anywhere else if you want a smoothie. Avoid here at all costs

Never visit this location. There was ONE person working and then the "manager" came in right as we ordered wearing a cycle bar tank Top with unwashed hands. If this doesn't seem bad enough, she did not even care to wear gloves when preparing the juices and shots. In addition, she was about to put a week past expired ginger shots in the cup. If I had not notified her, who knows what I would be feeling right now. They messed up one of the smoothies in the order, even though it was clear which one was supposed to be made. Overall I would give it a zero, but the lowest is 1, so I guess that will do. Never visit this location.

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars as a review. Just to start off my experience, it was 90 degrees inside the store. Next they had no fresh fruit. They had to use a frozen spatula to thaw away the frozen fruit. The department of health should be called on this place. I was lucky enough to see the order in front of me and able to cancel the order. But here's the catch, I have to wait 1-2 days because the employee has to tell the owner to approve it. So if I don't see the money back in my account I have to go back and show the piece of paper the employee gave me as a receipt.

If I could give this zero stars I would have done that. This place is TERRIBLE. The manager was training someone as I ordered my smoothie and TRIED to seem sweet, even though she was really passive aggressive. She made me uncomfortable by leaning over the table and teaching the soon to be worker to “always check” when they pay. And omg it was so bad. They were leaning over and looking at me dead in the eye when it asked for a tip. I had ordered a chocolate peanut butter which I have ordered a lot in Dana point, AND LET ME JUST TELL YOU, it tasted or looked nothing like it. I went back in after literally waiting 30 minutes for a damn smoothie and I showed her the pic and she literally went “every location makes it different.” Like NO. If I go to Starbucks and ask for a drink it should taste the same as the one a mile away no matter what. Here is a picture of the comparison from the Dana Point one to this location. Btw if you are the manager reading this, work on your location cus this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Ordered a chocolate peanut butter smoothie. It was slow and there were only about 4 orders in front of me. After waiting for 20 minutes the employee came up to me and apologized because they were out of peanut butter. He substituted almond butter. The smoothie was not awesome, bland, I could just make out the taste of chocolate, but that was it. The employees seemed like they would much rather be doing anything else than what they were doing. I definitely expected a lot more for a $9 smoothie.
