We called because we wanted 3 dozen bundtinis for a birthday and the girl was being lazy and wouldn't let us pick the flavors so we called the Laguna Hills location and they were happy to do it! Suggest going there instead.

Don't expect any favors. I needed a bundtlet, called ahead of time and was told that if I was there in the dot they'd help me out. Arrived right at 3 on the dot, doers we're closed and they "claimed" registers were down for a 4 p meeting. Unbelievable.

I have used this location for years to purchase gift cards for my teams birthday celebrations. It has been several months now that they aren't ordering any gift cards and I have to go to other locations (who always seem to have them in stock) to purchase them. Sadly this location is always the beneficiary of the cards because we are in the same shopping center. Please start ordering gift cards again, it will help build your sales.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has become a real favorite for me and my wife. Before trying NBC I was never really a fan of Bundt cakes, my wife on the other hand has loved NBC for years. Having known how much she loved them, I started buying them for her whenever there was a celebration and often times for "just because" and in doing so I've fallen in love with the Bundt! Nothing Bundt Cakes are always super flavorful and fresh. I love that you can buy the bundlettes for when you want one for yourself and not have to buy a full size cake. The bundtinnis are awesome for when you're just not sure which flavor is calling you in that day, you can have multiples! A little variety is always nice. The service at this location is awesome, they are always really friendly and helpful. So for your next celebration, or your need to fulfill a cake fix, swing in on NBC and pick you up a cake or better yet, a dozen!!!

My favorite sweet treat. We order them for birthdays, special occasions, or a weekly sugar fix. My favorite is the lemon but every single flavor is equally delicious. There's just enough frosting to take the cakes to a whole new level. The packaging is so clever -add a bow on top for a quick sugary gift.

Delicious! Great cakes and wonderful service! It's pricey but well worth it! We walked in to order a birthday cake for my husband! My girls also wanted little tiny cupcakes! We got both and were happy customers! We probably waited maybe 10 min or less for the cake to be customized.

I've been a proud and loyal customer for many years. My wife's company recently ordered several boxes of cakes for her team of 50 people, and I often pick out cakes for my clients, friends, and family. One of my usual requests has been a mini cake with icing on the side, which was always happily accommodated before. However, this time, things were a bit different. I was informed of a corporate policy that doesn't allow this and then when I mentioned I had ordered the same cake with frosting on the side before I was told the new ownership will not allow this as well. Every business has its policies and decisions to make, and I respect that. It's just that consistency is key for me. This change has made me rethink our preferences, so for now, we might explore other options like Cookie Co in Mission Viejo and Crumbl Cookies Foothill Ranch and Ranch Santa Margarita. Wishing NBC all the best and thanks for all the sweet memories!

Gracie is super kind and always so helpful! The location is tucked away but still easy to find, and the cakes are delicious! You walk in & smells so yummy! Our favorite flavors are chocolate chocolate chip & the red velvet! The frosting is also sooo yummy, good quality & just that much better than a grocery store bought packaged cake! The little bundts are very filling and actually a perfect personal portion!

My two year old daughter and I came in to get a treat to celebrate my birthday. We first wanted a couple bundtinis but was advised we have to buy a dozen not a problem we bought the next smaller size. I told the girl my daughter is obsessed with rainbow sprinkles I asked if she can throw some rainbow sprinkles on top? She said no. Than I mentioned it's my birthday are there are special birthday treats ? She said no are you part of our program? I'm mentioned I'm not. To improve the customer experience she could have said let me show how to sign up so you can get a birthday reward. I understand there is a business to run but along with it comes training your employees about customer experience and to think out of the box. What is to learn to say yes or let me see what I can do for you. What would it hurt if she grabbed a teaspoon of sprinkles to put on top to make the day for a two year old.

Never been to the actual store, we have only ordered their cup cakes through Doordash!I am actually not a huge fan of cupcakes, I rarely eat them, but I really do like the Lemon Cup Cake. The cream or frosting or whatever it is, is not over done, not overpowering the actual cup cake. It is just enough!Every time we have ordered from here, our order has been accurate. Service is quick, order ready for pick up fast.
