Our soup came cold, the vegi egg rolls had soggy inside with oil oozing. Meal the noodles were ok, bill came it was over charged by $17.00 , upon asking the server he says he forgot to push the button, not sure what he means. Any way totally not quality in anyway.

Has gone downhill. Just a chain that serves mediocre food. Edamame was old, brown and over cooked. Food is over priced, floors and table were dirty.

Austin in the Mission Viejo location is always amazing. So disappointed that when we got out food, all of our dishes were dirty and had food on them. It made me so sick. Spoke to the manager Josh. He said he would improve it. Hopefully he does.

Wow first 5 star reviews in a long time! Our server was wonderful; food delicious and with the lunch values affordable! Ribs appetizer was a standout, always is. It was my birthday and was I surprised with a "live" sparkly candle and banana wonton type dessert with ice cream and fresh fruit. My 2 daughters shared. Just a perfect time all the way around!!! The management is very pr oriented.

I always come here and sit at the bar. They always give great service and food. Very friendly staff. Best experience was definitely with these two blonde gentlemen Carson and Mike in the bar. I would highly recommend to anyone to go visit and enjoy some good food.

We had a wonderful experience tonight for Valentines Day. Our server Kristen was lovely and so on top of everything. PF Chang’s food is always so consistent and even though it was a busy night here the service was great.

Orange chicken dry and tasteless served with lo mein swimming in garlic oil. Never again

First time eating at any p f changs and I have to say everything was delicious. Our server was either Nicole or Natalie and her recommendations from starters to the hot sake were all perfect. My wife and I discussed this the whole way home and can't find any way that our meal or time spent could have been better. I would make the trip from Buena Park to this location again no problem.

Had a new year eve dinner here with my mother, it was very welcoming and the staff was happy to be there, so kind, they worked as a team to keep things flowing even when it's not their table to make sure customers come first and are treated as well as possible with speed and efficiency. Your food is brought out immediately, not sitting waiting for your specific waiter to serve, with many courses like wonton soup, served from a large bowl to your individual bowls by the staff, then the main course, amazing sweet& sour chicken, beef lo-mein of course banana spring rolls for dessert, has to be in my top 3 desserts of all time and is very consistent if your having it in Honolulu or mission Viejo it's just as amazing as well as everything else... Great place to come for 2 as well as large groups especially with the bowls they offer if you come for lunch or early dinner, such a great idea to make it affordable and amazing as always... A+++. ★★★★★
