Great panda express store, I've been to other locations and have gotten mediocre after rush food where the quality is just not there. This panda express is always bringing out new fresh entrees. It seems like they are constantly making sure quality is up to better than you come to expect! I'd rather go to this location than any other panda express within a 10 mile vicinity because of how good it is!
Well, I thought that I ordered my food at the Irvine location at it turned out it was Mission Viejo. I was already about an hour late for pickup before I called Mission Viejo Panda Express to let them know. Raymond picked up the phone. I told him I was running late and he told me my food was sitting out for about an hour and OFFERED to ask the kitchen to remake the food for me. Their bottled drinks are always not cold enough. While that one girl staff refused to give me a cup for ice. A small water cup is very awkward for my drink.
