We have been there a lot of times and I been lucky to have mostly very nice experience with my drinks and the services and also very good deals

Love all the variety of drinks and love trying new items. The food is scrumptious and so are the drinks. Your can also add boba to every drink making the drinks so much more tasty.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service. Staff are extremely rude. Today was their grand opening so I took my kids to get some boba. My drink tasted very watered down . I always go to pengo locations and order the same thing. I asked the gentleman who made my drink if he can add more tea since it tasted very watered down, he just looked at me and laughed and told me I wanted a slushy it’s going to taste like water. Other girls on the side laughing until the manager came up to me and said she would remake my drink, at that point I was in shock from how awful the employees were and told them I wanted a refund and left. Laughing at customers, and being sarcastic isn’t a good way to start on your grand opening.

The environment is very chill the employees have kind way of helping us costumers with our orders one can always costumize any drink only within a
Specific drink. I'm a macaroon fan so I'll recommend for one to try them to .. Just fantastic! 💛

Always such nice staff and it's a great place to study and hangout. Plus they let students print for free and that deserves some praise.
