I placed an order for delivery for my sister--and there was a mix-up with Door Dash regarding payment. I called this Pizza Hut (where the order originated) and explained the problem. They worked to solve the issue--and even called back after the fact to ensure all went well. I appreciate the extra effort and great customer service in this instance. Thanks so much!

The lobby is a big empty, however it was clean.Parking: I pulled right up and easily grabbed my pizza and 2-Liter of Orange Crush.

My friends and I ordered Pizza Hut by DoorDash the other night - we had thin crust pepperoni and tomato pizza as well as their famous bone in wings . We enjoyed our dinner by door dash and thank you for our Pizza Hut .

Today's Doordash order was on point! Accurate! The pizza was good too, not super greasy, good amount of pepperoni and bacon. It was really delicious today! Or it could've been that we were really hungry too lol! Good service today, pizza was ready to be picked up quickly! Thank you!

Doordash order!Just ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with a 20 oz Coke bottle.Well… …We got the pizza… But then we got a 2 Lt Diet Coke instead of the 20 oz Coke we ordered. Not cool! Definitely don’t like Diet Coke.Getting a refund through Doordash!Pizza was good though! Good flavor!

I don't understand why Pizza Hut is only rated 3.3 stars. This place is second place after Costco's pizza for me. The costumer service is good, read the whole review to see why. I only rated it 4 because one time, we ordered a pizza and got what we always get: half pepperoni and half pineapple chicken with a garlic butter crust. When we picked it up, we checked the pizza and they did the exact opposite of what we ordered: pineapple and chicken on all of it and a thin, crispy crust. And what else? Apparently, the dough also was messed up, and it tasted like crispy saltine crackers without the salt. The pizza tasted horrendous and we almost threw it out. After calling once, they said they RAN OUT OF DOUGH....but why didn't they tell us that before we ordered the pizza....?I would have rated it 2 or 3 stars, but the costumer service saved Pizza Hut another bad review. We called again to complain because they have NEVER messed up our pizza that much. The guy was really kind about it and even offered that we could get 2 PIZZAS for FREE.If you're a pizza fan like us, you should try this place out!

Terrible all around. Pizza tastes like cardboard. The y charge a 10% service fee “to recover costs of operating in California”. Cheese and red pepper costs $1.25 each. Never heard of this before at pizza place. Absurd to say the least.
