Today's Doordash order was on point! Accurate! The pizza was good too, not super greasy, good amount of pepperoni and bacon. It was really delicious today! Or it could've been that we were really hungry too lol! Good service today, pizza was ready to be picked up quickly! Thank you!

We order from them online all the time and the pizza is always ready to pick up in 15 minutes. They are super friendly and they show us the pizza to make sure it is what we ordered before they give it to us. Pizza is always very hot when we get it home. Wish they would bring back the garlic butter crust though.

10% service charge. No red pepper or cheese packages for free, they sell them for 1.25 each. What a joke of a place. Pizza was actually okay but the joint is a sad place and the employee there wasn't chill. Disappointing experience overall. 2.38 of 10

I ordered a simple pepperoni and green peppers large pizza which was supposed to cost $13. I picked a pizza up at their counter in the store and they charge me a $3.50 service charge that's absurd. I also got chicken wings which were very highly priced. I was very upset when I got home and ate them because they were in fact, awful. What a shame, Pizza Hut used to be the place to buy pizza now, in my opinion, it's the number one place to avoid. Also the pizza itself sucked, partly uncooked dough when I had requested well done.

Ordered pizza 3 days in advance, still was late to my school and was cold and looked like it was sitting for sometime and the pizza place . Very bad service and not fresh pizza . Disappointed and will never order from here again!!

The absolute worst pizza I've ever had. We are from Michigan so we were so excited to see the Detroit style (Buddy's) type pizza. I ordered two of them and three orders of breadsticks. The breadsticks were like cardboard,..couldn't even bite in to them. And the pizza, don't get me started. It was a cold soggy underbaked generic crust and then they poured the sauce over it AFTER they baked it for some odd reason. So disgusting. It all went right to the trash. And, the place is NOT cheap. Huge waste on money. Must have poor management or employees who don't GAf.

Ordered pizza to be delivered at 9:30 pm. Had a text at 9:06 saying it was out for delivery. Had a call at 9:17 driver left a message which I couldn't understand due to heavy accent. Called at 9:45 to see if it was on the way. Driver was back at the store and apparently left the pizza at the wrong address. The owner asked me to stand at my door with the door open so they could re deliver and they would know which address. I'd had them deliver to me with no problem twice in the last couple months. I won't be giving this Pizza Hut anymore business. Apparently the drivers can't read perfectly clear addresses. I asked for a refund. I better get one!!
Y'all fr need to update your hours on delivery sites, because they have you listed as open until 11:10pm and your site says 10pm. Any orders placed thru 3rd party delivery is rejected after about 15mins, which is near the 25-30min estimated delivery, creating confusion for no reason. Tried calling in the order after being rejected thru 3rd party only to find out you've been closed for the past 15mins (10:15 at this point), which is just d*** tbh. Not sure to blame you or 3rd party application, but driver was already en-route, and I really haven't had this issue with anyone else. Perhaps consider communicating/standardizing your hours of operation, as covid has long since passed and is no longer a valid excuse for staffing issues, as management/ownership is at fault. All bad bruh. My family gon starve now after looking forward to out weekly Pizza Huuuuuut feast, thanks Biden & Pizza Hut. Smh.

This location closed suddenly and I am worried if it was a pest problem. The phone number redirects to a call center who cannot provide any information on what happened. They do say the plan is to reopen tomorrow. Very troubling. I'll check the Orange County Health Care agency to see if they are on the closure list.

Amazing customer service! We usually order from this Pizza Hut for delivery, but this past time something went wrong with the website. Manager Christian was INCREDIBLY accommodating and SO friendly!!! His professionalism and friendly service is unmatched, I've never experienced better! Will continue ordering from this location, it was an absolute pleasure to meet and greet the staff.
