Very good. I regularly get the 5 protein with two salmons. Fish quality is fresh, better than other places. Also, other places in Orange County are too Americanized/Korean style and overpower the fish with sauce. Here the sauce is light, can actually taste the seafood. More suitable for the Asian/non-Korean palate. Neither good nor bad, just different.

Poor servings and dry on the sauce side. I been to a enough poke places to have a serving and service expectation. Usually don't review but since I was really craving it, it was very disappointing

Food is mediocre at best. They have Pepsi so that should tell you everything you need to know. They serve the poke with hot rice which is a bit strange. I'm not sure where it's coming from but my Salmon poke had a distinctive taste of canned tuna. I'm wondering if they cut the "crab" meat with canned tuna. Guy making the bowls was working at 0.75x speed, like he had just woken up and didn't really want to be there. All in all, it's not the...
