Well, the chicken itself is great. Very crispy very juicy and the taste is amazing so is the service. But the restaurant itself is extremely dirty and very unorganized. Drive thru was super busy and we had to order inside. Do not dine in if you don’t want to ruin your Cane’s experience. They have to do something about it.

finally tried this place the other day. after all the hype it was just that HYPE. slow to get my order, and when i did it was wrong and over salty. even a sailor wouldn't be this salty. chicken tasted off, not sure how to describe it besides oily/sticky/chewy/rubbery.

so, it'll be a hard pass for my family.

Ordered food through the curbside pick up and had a reasonable curbside time. The drivethru was busy so I understood they were busy. Time kept passing and I noticed a few rounds of new cars kept filtering through the drive thru. After 20 minutes passed I decided to go in and I asked the cashier if my order was ready and explained the situation. She got my food that was ready to go behind the front counter and I asked if curbside pick ups have to come in to get the food. She said no and that they needed to get to notification that I was here. I let her know that I pressed the I'm here button on the app and another team member started talking to the cashier and ignored me. I left afterwards.

Slow service ,rude and will give you fries with no ketchup ,I’m still satisfied with the food

I went through the drive through to order food, when we got to the voice box the girl started off by asking what we wanted. Then proceeded to cut my dad off when he was ordering, giving a snobby tone like she was already upset saying “what?” About three times. After I spoke up she replied “k what Drink” honestly got fed up at this point and said lemonade, then left to the second window to get the food JUST TO GET THE WEONG FOOD AND DOUBLE CHARGED! I know she heard me because she had repeated it back. Food is good but the girl who was there with a different voice was nice enough to get her manager to refund us but the lemonade had more ice than lemonade and the bread was really dry, really annoyed.

Great service, they always deliver foods warm or hot and the French fries were in perfect condition, but the taste of the food itself is not even at McDonald's level.

Today is June 12, 2025, all the employees who worked in this restaurant at the cash register and issuing orders are extremely impolite, rude and you have to wait an extremely long time for your order. I do not recommend this establishment. Yeah, and our order with chicken wasn't very good quality either

The food is always good. Service was a bit lax and did not seem to care about the atmosphere. The place was dirty, with spills on the floor and trash overflowing. It was late and filled with teens and college students but wasn't like there usual.

Went through the drive through because it was raining. Decided to park and eat and noticed I only got 1 sauce and in the other smaller package where the extra sauce usually is there were fries no extra sauce. Thought that was strange so went inside to get the 2 extra sauce I ordered. There were other employees behind the 1 cashier that was taking an order standing around. After waiting a few mins I decided to go ahead and ask one of them for extra sauce. I let them know my name and that I was just in the drive through 3 mins prior to me coming in. Got 1 sauce came back and when I clarified I ordered 2 additional sauce that's when the employee brought up me not having a receipt. Okay fair enough but come to find out my entire order was wrong so I know there was someone else unsatisfied as well and for the employee to make it seem like I'm trying to rob them of the $0.45 sauce is pretty petty honestly and not necessary. How about you guys work on getting orders accurate especially after confirming the name at the window rather than talking amongst each other not getting anything productive done. Any way, I won't ever be returning to this specific location again I feel like this location is lacking in efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer service
