LOVE LOVE LOVE Santora's! We drive from Carlsbad just for the wings. Perfectly cooked, crisped and sauced. It's such a comfortable atmosphere, half the restaurant is a bar and half is a restaurant. Eating here, I never feel like I'm in a bar, yet there a perfect amount of buzz to keep it lively. You've just got to come and try these wings. I know everybody likes their wings cooked differently but this is MY favorite way. Crunchy and perfectly sauced. Gotta go, wings are almost here!

Where do I begin? We walk in, get dirty looks. We're seated but not given menus. Hubby had to get up & grab them. It took about another 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the waitress, who had a RBF & attitude to match. I guess only 3 employees work there on Saturdays & this place had families with kids, so it was pretty busy. The hot wing sauce had no flavor except vinegar & the extra hot wing sauce looked like molé & tasted like chipotle vinegar. They were super dry & looked old & microwaved. The pizza was good until you got to the end crust & then it was undercooked & tasted like what cardboard smells like. The fries had no flavor & looked like they were sitting out for a bit after they were "cooked". We gave it a shot but will not be coming back & will definitely not recommend to anyone I know.

Wings, subs, pasta, cocktails, beer, hospitality, service, and comfort are hard to come by these days in family restaurants. But not at Santoras! Experiences to bring my grandchildren and their grandchildren! It's a cool spot and all patrons are friendly amongst each other. High five to santoras
