Genie is so unprofessional and so rude.if you are thinking about booking with her think twice. Why do you think she changed her address and came here?! Because she had tons of bad reviews on that laguna beach salon. I just finished reading those and I'm thinking it's not only me . There are lots of customers that complaining about her attitude. She litteraly hang up the phone on me. Definitely not recommending her.
I just had my hair done by Joslyn, booth 21, can i tell you, I was pampered. It was private and she made me feel special. I had a deep condition and Brazilian blow it and press. I lovveeeeeee my hair. It soft and bouncy. I felt like a new woman. Thank you Joslyn. Not allot of black hairstylist out there you hit a client for life.
