This place has a very laid back and had a Hawaiian style ambiance! You walk in and order and the front and then they bring your food to you! I ordered the gluten free pancakes and did not have any issues! They were so soft and fluffy I questioned whether they were really gluten free! I also got to the turkey sausage with scrambled eggs and cheese on top! I will definitely be stopping here for breakfast whenever I am in town! The staff were friendly and understanding of my gluten allergy!

They changed the recipe to breakfast burrito, it used to have real baked potato chunks in there , now its a thin mush layer,Now the whole thing taste like rancid oil ,How dare you serve this trash .

I love Stacks in Dana Point. But this Stacks.. The two times I've been to this location I've had very rude encounters with the cashier girl in front of my 2 year old... twice. The point today where I almost cried in my car after I left with my corrected To-Go order. This left such a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be back. I've worked in customer service/ food service for over 10 years and you never treat a customer poorly. Definitely didn't deserve that and I hope other customers don't get treated this way.

"Best breakfast" is a pretty bold claim for a restaurant doing counter service. It's not bad. At all. But definitely doesn't earn the label "best".

I want to love this place. But ….. their method of delivery of food does not work. Again … husband got food first … finished before i got the wrong order. Waited for my order. Eggs were cold and pancakes were not done in the middle.Coffee was decent tho. Staff friendly and apologetic. Need better efficiency. Wont be back.
