Starbucks has the nicest people working there I don't drink coffee but I do drink tea the young people that are always very pleasant

I think it's the manager, because the cashier consulted with her. She is always rude and impatient, I would dare say she is racist. They should be more careful with the type of staff they have because people like this stop consuming.

05/08/2025 around 1pm staff name JJ!!! Starbucks @ pavilionsRude white middle age karen! I’m a regular at Starbucks literally almost around the world, but there’s something about this country that there’s been a couple of bad experiences with staff! Awful, customer service needs more training!

The people here are rude and nasty! They say they don’t care as they are NOT part of the Starbucks system! Ummm So they are NOT A Starbucks franchise!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!!
Starbucks prices are getting beyond my budget. It’s harder to get double stars and then it doesn’t happen automatically. I’ve become very disenchanted with a a place that I really use to love.

I hate to leave negative reviews as the food was ok, but the server’s apparent animosity towards me was so jarring and out of nowhere I had to leave a negative review. Apparently it was ‘rude’ of me when I asked for a food item thme off mid sentence and directed me to look at the food display and see it was not available. I understand that maybe I should have done more than a quick glance to check if the sandwich I wanted was available, but her snappy attitude just felt out of nowhere as I wasn’t trying to be demanding. I had gone previously with my mom, and this same server was just as impatient then as she was now. At first I figured she was just stressed from the day, but in this recent situation we appeared to be the first order she took. I’m sure working a customer service job is frustrating, but it really pays to show people respect. If I had been a complete jerk I would’ve understood her impatience, but I wasn’t consciously doing anything to be a nuisance. I hate to name-drop but if someone who has a bit of power in this situation happens to be reading, you may want to consider selecting a new kiosk manager for your in-store Starbucks.
