Got Starbucks today with their passion ice tea as a refreshing drink and then ordered a few other items for later. My wife wanted a cappuccino and I got a cafe misto. The drinks are always fantastic. We also picked up a few of their snowman ⛄️ holiday cookies which are dangerously good. Excellent customer service. Chill ambiance. Highly recommended

David had worst customer service I've ever received. I walked in just to use the bathroom. David said the bathroom is customers only. So I just asked for the smallest cup of coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't know the sizes. He charged me for the largest size of coffee but gave it in the smallest size cup. I didn't know any better but had gotten the coffee for a friend just because I needed to use the bathroom and they told me I got ripped off. The lady with black hair was nicer though

Today, I ordered two cups of the coffee I often get. Recently, it's been on special offer, so I always order it. But when it was served, it tasted extremely bitter. I went to check my order and found out that the barista didn't read it clearly when taking the order, and the recipe was wrong, which made it super bitter.

Extremely rude and unfriendly service from the girl working today at 1pm. I came in to use the restroom and grab a coffee, she had a strange attitude towards me so I left without spending any money.
No parking to start off! Twice gone to get two different drinks both times different baristas. The drinks tasted nasty 🤮 no flavor!!! I been a customer of Starbucks for ever but this location’s baristas need some serious training!!! I have visited different locations throughout the country and the state of California as well. Worst service and worst baristas!!! Is there room for improvement? yes, but maybe start by hiring people with excellent customer service skills and great personalities. You can’t be help people with constipation faces!!!

Great drinks and staff. Super friendly every time I've gone in. The parking lot is a bit small so maybe pick a different location I'd you have a huge car.
Parking: The parking lot is tiny. Bigger cars will have trouble. I have a bit of trouble from time to time in my Toyota avalon.
