My wife wanted Starbucks this morning so we ventured to our favorite store. My wife had her favorite Cappuccino and I had the dark roast coffee with the sausage and egg sandwich. The customer service is always superb and the ambiance somewhat soothing. You can't go wrong when you seek a craving at your local Starbucks establishment. Highly recommended!

Poor service, feels like a DMV. Person standing outside the counter by mobile order is useless and handing out incorrect orders.
Go to the starbucks further down Alicia, much better staff and policies.

This Starbucks is very selfish with the Carmel. I paid for extra and this is what I got. Complained and the guy said because it’s around the cup that is extra. Never going here again! Lousy service!
