Iām having to edit my original review after watching this location go drastically downhill over the last few years. This store struggles with loss prevention and takes it out on their customers. The manager who sits in her back office with a tan hoodie with a white collar (not uniform) does not encourage her team to be friendly and actively promotes aggression towards the clientele. Customers shouldn't expect high rating for the service category in self service restaurants and cafes. On the other hand, emoyees of such establishments shouldn't expect tip either. Self service restaurants and cafes aren't the cleanest usually which may, justifiably, influence the atmosphere rating as well.
