Customers shouldn't expect high rating for the service category in self service restaurants and cafes. On the other hand, emoyees of such establishments shouldn't expect tip either. Self service restaurants and cafes aren't the cleanest usually which may, justifiably, influence the atmosphere rating as well. Staff must be strict with people with transferable illnesses and refuse them to get inside. It’s a public space. There was a guy with signs of sickness. They just must keep this place with good sanitation and as well floor wasn’t cleaned well. As well staff wasn’t really knowledgeable in policy about refill. Basic all it’s all fault for a manager. He wasn’t wearing any of Starbucks uniform and was wearing just civil outfit.
