Foud a piece of chipped wood, on my meatball sandwich. I told Carlos about it, I ask for money back, he told me to call and complain. No money back, or new sandwich. No manager on duty. If they would gave me a new sandwich or money back I wouldn't post this comment I understand things happen.

Carlos and Sandra were working hard. They were nice and quick. After my meal I used the restroom and they politely gave me the code. While eating I noticed people coming in and just asking to use the restroom.. I see why they need a code. As a business owner I understand that the restrooms need maintenance and don’t need the customers from other businesses coming to just use it.

We work in construction company we coming this place for eat and I asking for bathroom code this guy see me and say is out the service and this moment another customer get out the bathroom he denied me used the bathroom only because coming from work I have the company T-shirt and company truck
I asking the guy again why you is out the service and he say is only for customers. I'm customer only want wash my hands and he say again o order and you can used the restroom I say not this is discrimination ask for the name and he don't want say it
If you like waiting 30 minutes for a delivery pickup - this is the subway for you.

We ordered online and was SO nice to see they were being made fresh when we arrived a few minutes early.Edgar gave excellent friendly helpful service! So very nice to experience a restaurant staff who likes people, their job, and providing great service to customers (especially right before getting off for a holiday!)
