Very bad service sundays 2pm shift.
I called to verify my order i placed online want to make sure you got it will be doing the pick up till 310pm as i put online, I asked the name of the lady who answered the phone, and she responded, "You called, what's your name?" I politely said I didn't get your name when you pick up. She said I'm MARIA." I get to the restaurant do dine in and add 2 more subs, and I asked for maria to check on my order and order more, her name tag said Gloria. I said you said your name is maria she walked to the back and didn't take my order. I ate there with my family and she stayed in the back. Till the afternoon shift came in. She didn't even make eye contact at all and kept herself in the back.
Why keep workers like that with an attitude. They don't like their job look for something else.

I've been here other days with different staff and there's so much difference on the service.

Didn’t get a free Gatorade after buying a foot long and chips because I also purchased a drink. Ludacris subway in Walmart is better

Rude service. Rushed us when there was no one behind. Didn't know the sandwiches they have advertised. Hard to understand. Nicer to those who speak Spanish. The experience left me no longer wanting to eat.

No a restroom

I placed a pick up order on the Subway app, when I went to pick up the order the workers appeared confused because they did not have my order, they thought I had placed my order at a different restaurant. I proceeded to show them my receipt and one of the workers proceeded to verify my order on the cash register. After the order was checked on the register, I was told that someone had already pick up my order. I told them I was not the one that picked up the order and that I would like the food I had already paid for, I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager and was told no because it was the manager’s day off and there was no phone number to contact the manager, I was told to come back Monday. After I told them I did not believe they could not contact the manager, I was told to contact corporate and complain with them.

I ordered foot long Tuna sandwich and there’s barely any tuna in it and bread tasted old not fresh, charged me $14 for it

When I asked to use the restroom, the lady went out from behind counter, opened a door and as I went to go in, she said "see no restroom". Why did she do this? The law states that restaurants are supposed to have restrooms.

Went in here today for dinner and the lady working spoke no English so she couldn't assist me at all. I'm not talking about having a heavy accent... she literally SPOKE NO ENGLISH. SHE COULDN'T COMMUNICATE AT ALL. I asked about the sign up that said they now have churros and she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I said do you speak any English. She said nothing. Just looked at me. I said, is there someone here who speaks English that can help me?? Still nothing. Blank stare. Unless you are Mexican you won't be able to get assistance here. Its just absurd. This is still America right?? I will never set foot in there again. How can you not have any English speaking employees in an American restaurant?!

Sometimes they don’t have onions and sometimes no spinach.and there is nothing you can do but buy them and make your own veggie.this store is like poor management.hello! I’m paying for it…good service though.
