Went in here today for dinner and the lady working spoke no English so she couldn't assist me at all. I'm not talking about having a heavy accent... she literally SPOKE NO ENGLISH. SHE COULDN'T COMMUNICATE AT ALL. I asked about the sign up that said they now have churros and she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I said do you speak any English. She said nothing. Just looked at me. I said, is there someone here who speaks English that can help me?? Still nothing. Blank stare. Unless you are Mexican you won't be able to get assistance here. Its just absurd. This is still America right?? I will never set foot in there again. How can you not have any English speaking employees in an American restaurant?!

Nice location but the staff needs some better training. They don't listen to their customers and they mess up on orders. While we were there, picking up our sandwiches, three other customers were upset because their orders were messed up as well. We had two orders in, and the worker behind the counter argued that we didn't. She was reading the name wrong, and my husband pointed out the ticket on the counter. She kept reading the name wrong. He kept reading the name correctly out loud four or five times until she finally realized she was reading it wrong. The listening skills are not on point and they do not pay attention to detail, so double check your order before you leave to make sure that you have what you want.

The service is genuinely terrible but honestly what do you expect from subway. 5 stars because the lady who made my sandwich doesn't gaf and I respect that. Food was yummy.

One of the WORST Subways I have ever been too!! The older Mexican lady with glasses has NO understanding of customer service. I arrived here around 9pm and waited in line, not behind any customers, but behind TO-GO orders. I've been in customer service most of my life and know that you always take care of the walk-ins First before the phone/online orders. She refused to serve me until she completed all of the To-Go orders. On top of that Speed is definitely not one of her strong suits. After waiting for 30min to have my order taken I'm told that she doesn't want to open a new package of tortillas for wraps tonight and tells me I can only order sandwiches... I just waited here for over 40min to not even receive any food.

Best subway I’ve ever been too. The employees were extremely friendly, and the food tasted very high quality compared to other subways I’ve been too!
Good place to have lunch or a quick snack. The ladies here are always, fast, friendly and make delicious subs. They get busy at lunchtime so feel free to order ahead. There’s no bathroom but I stop at yogurt land next door.Parking: Plenty of free parking availableWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchairs in the middle of parking lot.

This location is only getting 5 stars because of GLORIA she is amazing!! We live close by so we frequent this spot quite a bit, and honestly if it weren’t for Gloria idk how this spot would keep their customers as the store manager is incredibly rude and treats most of her employees with so much disrespect as well as customers. Gloria is hardworking and it’s something you can see without anyone telling you, when we go in at night she’s by herself taking orders, making sandwiches, baking bread or working on prep!

Don't come here, unless you want to deal with someone who hates her job. This is the second time I've come here with my family and got a horrible service by the worker. She gives a bad attitude as if she hates her job and does not care if she gives a good service. When given instructions for the order she does not follow and requires for us to repeat. The problem is not that you need to repeat yourself. The problem that she makes it seem like it your fault for her not hearing the first time. Go to this location at your own risk

Came at 9:30, and the female employee had already out half stuff away even though they close at 10 pm. Also very rude attitude. If closing time is 10, u need to be able to serve people at least till 10:45 without delay of having to go bring stuff back to put back on the line. Very rude.
