Went through the drive through to get dinner for me and my brother. After we ate our meals, he ended up with food poisoning and I ended up just flat out sick. There’s is definitely some hygiene or cleanliness issues, since the food was okay but we both confirmed it was the Taco Bell that had us throwing up amongst other symptoms. Clean properly and staff was also unsympathetic and overall dismissive.

For the record, after speaking to corporate, and a promise the District Manager would call me, never happened, looks like they dont care how badly this restaurant treats customers
Just say no. I went in and used the kiosk, saw a cash option and hit it. Then went to the counter. After 10 minutes a person asked my name and order, checked the machines and walked away.
After another 15 minutes I asked about my order, he asked if I ordered on the kiosk, I said yes, he said my order wasn't there. Turns out when you pay cash, you have to flag them down and pay immediately, or your order doesnt get started.
Would be nice if the Kiosk gave instructions for that, but, seriously, you asked about my order, wouldn't you ask then ?
When asked how long my order would be, was told don't know, we have a big order, do you want it or not. I asked for the managers name, had to ask 4 times, the guy just said I am the manager. I asked if he was the General Manager, he would only repeat I am the Manager, another multiple times of playing this game he gave his name as Jesus.
Next day I acalled in and asked the General Managers name, the lady answering asked me to hold. A lady came on and asked "Who is it".
Told her I dont know, I am asking the General Managers name, she repeated , "Who is it", well I still don't know that is why I am asking, finally she claimed to be the General Manager. I repeated what happened the previous night and she asked the Managers name, I told her Jesus.
She asked me what he looked like, so I asked, do you not know your Manager staff ?
So, according to her, "Jesus" gave me a fake name. So now, I have no clue if I ever spoke to any Manager in this location, or a bunch of fool employees playing games.
If this is how Taco Bell runs a company, no wonder the recent reviews are so bad, and if the GM actually reads this, you need to clean house, I get and understand it is rough to get a quality employee these days, but yours are a joke, my money will go elsewhere, and we have been coming to this location, without issues for over 20 years

Stopped by today for some food. Never have I ever gotten screwed out of $14 by Taco Bell other than here. Paper thin Crunchwrap that was skimped on ingredients to where it was basically a crunchy tortilla wrapped in a soft tortilla with next to nothing inside. We also got the new Quesalupa which had a blob of dough for a shell that clearly wasn't cooked long enough. We asked for a ton of hot sauce and were given 5 packets for 4 items. Clearly the manager here is a nazi on penny pinching ingredients and costs so they can get a nice bonus each year. I'll never go back to this Taco Bell.

If you're going to charge people for sauce packets then make sure you give them to the customer. The employee just handed me the bag without even looking to make sure I got everything. . I had to ask for my drink because they didn't give it to me then I get home and I don't have my sauce packets but I paid for. This is ridiculous don't charge for something you're not going to give

I've been going to this Taco Bell for years, two decades Plus so I've got a few things to say and it's come a long way I loved that in the bar seats there had electrical outlets to plug for your phone in to charge it sucks that they have removed them however you'll be able to enjoy using the restroom in private there are two bathrooms here they are located to the left once you walk in and pass a few of the tables each bathroom is a unisex bathroom with urinal , a toilet , a sink no mirror did I mentioned that there is no mirror establishment so you will not be getting ready here you may change quickly charge your phone in there

This Taco Bell makes us the The Kios instead of place order with a Taco Bell employee. I think this takes away the experience for your customer. Taco Bell use to have better quality service.

They have Tacos ? here it's some kind of Americanized Mexican fusion style restaurant maybe Mexicanized American food but that would be describing a similar kind of restaurant called Del Taco that has actual French fries ?
