So I just had the worst customer service experience at this Taco Bell right now. I have come here before and hadn't received horrible service. Went in through drive-thru. Guy, Devin B, taking my order asked if I wanted to round up to the nearest dollar and I said no. He asked if I wanted sauce and I asked for the spiciest one. Drove away, got to my destination, and checked my receipt. Turns out, even though I said no to rounding up, the guy still charged it. To top it off, I didn't receive any sauce. I called and asked for a manager. I asked for his (managers) name and he said he did not need to give me that information. I informed him of my concern and he stated it was not his problem and he couldn't do anything about it. He said I could just return for the sauce. Will definately take this off my list as a place to get my lunch and I will definately not be recommending this place either.

This Taco Bell is fully automated with no traditional menu; only kiosks are available. When I asked the staff to take my order, they directed me to use the kiosk. The food is standard Taco Bell fare, nothing noteworthy, but the prices are surprisingly high.

Last time we will visit this location. Horrible service. Also got the new breakfast taco to try. Disappointing. Barely any egg or cheese. I'll still with the Del taco breakfast wraps that actually have eggs in it.

The servers are very slow and not attentive. They are not following the order. I ordered only 4 items, they forget one . What that means. And that time they are not busy.

Pedo worker and slow service it's getting worse everyday at that point might as well close the whole place down and replace it with good food

This is the nicest, most respectful taco bell I’ve been to. Workers are respectful and the layout in box combos are neat! Will be coming more often.

Went through the drive thru and got food and soda. I was planning on eating inside but they were remodeling. As I was eating I ran out of soda and obviously couldn't go in to refill it so I went back through drive thru and ordered another burrito. As I was paying I asked if it was possible to get a refill since the lobby was closed and the cashier didn't know if she could do that then a chubby manager leans his head over her and as rude as humanly possible looked right in my eyes and gave me an attitude filled NO. Won't be supporting that place anymore

Great location. I love this Taco Bell. The kiosks are a little weird. There has been 2 times where I tried modifying items on my order via kiosk and I got my order as if I didn't modify anything. I tried swapping out a chicken chalupa for a beef chalupa both times but still got chicken. It's a little weird considering the receipt shows I ordered beef and not chicken. I would recommend this location, but if you need to modify your order, stay away from the kiosks.

Prices on the drive-thru menu have been incorrect on multiple trips to this location. The manager offers nothing but excuses, and no action is taken to correct prices or make things right for the customer. With multiple competitors nearby, including other TB locations, I will bring my business elsewhere from now on.

After a long day at work, decided to stop by Taco Bell for my favorite Double stake grilled cheese burrito. I noticed the folks working are laughing and having fun, and It didn't bother me. I took my food home. As I started eating, I realized I can't eat it from having soooo much HOT PEPPERS in it. All I can say was after a long day not only I didn't enjoy my dinner but also made me so frustrated. It's ok to enjoy your work but not to the point of making mess out of people's food and meal time. I hope the manager of this establishment read this review from a person who is a regular customer at this location.Visit date/ time : January 7th @ 9:45pm.
