My wife and I gave this place a second chance earlier this week and boy are we glad we did. Not sure if it's under new management again but the tacos were great--didn't matter whether it was chicken, carnitas, or carne asada-- they all were scrumptious--bien Rico!!! So good in fact we returned 2 days later to do it all over again but this time with our daughter who was in town visiting us and is hard to impress, foodie snob that she is. Not to worry, the tacos met with her approval too. Looking forward to next Tuesday. Hope they have a Taco Tuesday deal still.

Food is excellent we were stopping in from Vegas. We noticed fast at the owner was very prideful of his food. The restaurant is very clean. Bathroom is very clean food and service was perfect. I recommend the spot to anyone and we will be back for taco Tuesday soon as we’re back in town.
Maybe because it's Mission Viejo but the food is a bit pricey compared to taquerias in Los Angeles. I had a carnitas burrito and a birria taco. The taco was really good. The carnitas burrito was average. Was looking for a good quick, Mexican food place while traveling down to this neck of the woods for a volleyball tournament. This was one of the top rated on Yelp. I don't think it would be rated this high if it were in Los Angeles.

I am new to the area and I have tried many mexican restaurants around mission viejo. So far most are hit or miss depending on the day. I got a Carne Asada burrito and finally a place that got it right. It's nice and juicy, well seasoned, and all ingredients tasted fresh. Perfect ratio of rice/beans/meat The tortilla was soft, fresh, and overall pleasant. This is a restaurant I feel confident in and will return to.

Love their tacos gobernador and shrimp tacos! they are all so delicious and my partner and i are always craving them -- they also have great service and ambiance will good music playing! don't forget to get their taco tuesday specials!!

First time to this place. It was a nice short walk from our hotel. The place was very clean and welcoming. Caeser took good care of us and was super friendly.This place has seating for indoor and outdoor.Hubs got the chili Verde plate and I got the crispy birria taco. Both were very delicious.

This place used to be the spot. Not sure what changed but they raised prices, water down the juices they make, and take 30 minutes to make a burrito. Salsas have no flavor and they got rid of the pickled carrots. Def don't go if your in a hurry .

I came here a while ago, maybe 3 months ago and I have to say it took me a while to really come up with what I have to say.I tried a taco, a chile relleno, and carnitas burrito.Although I appreciate the efforts, I have mixed emotions. The tacos we good, the meat was a little dry but nothing their spicy hot sauce could not fix, which I have to say was good.Their chile relleno, ehhhh could have been better but it was more the sauce than the chile.......I think I will have to try again to really decide which way to go here.Their carnitas burrito, in my opinion too much rice, ok on the beans and then where is the pork? Yes it had meat, but I thin for the price it should have had a little more. I also believe the flavor was not like real carnitas or as good as other places I have been to.The service could have been better. I had a few questions about the burritos and sauces and the staff was not very knowledgeable which normally makes me cringe since the cook did not even know. YIKES!Anyway, I would stop here again just to taste the different meats and another chile relleno just to see if I should give another star or maybe remove one.
