Visited this place during the weekday for dinner. It was super crowded and had a lively ambience. The food service is quick and the food is amazing. They also have sushi bar which you can sit on if you like to watch the chefs making sushi.They do not have a lot of vegetarian options. We ordered Tofu with rice, avocado sushi roll and mango lady sushi roll. The food was delicious. The waiter was not able to understand English and so had to run back a couple of times to make sure the request was correctly entered.Overall we had a great experience and will surely visit again.Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options. They do have 5 sushi rolls which are vegetarian and a couple of other dishes. That's it.

The Sushi is very yummy and filling. The Volcano roll was rich in taste and well prepared with the baked Salmon. The Rainbow Roll was fresh. They even got me a free dessert for my birthday :-)

I’m a huge fan of the jalapeño bomb from everywhere else but here is my least favorite. They use spicy salmon rather than spicy tuna which then makes the jalapeño bomber flavorless and unenjoyable.

I have celiac and am currently pregnant and they were able to accommodate me with several gluten free veggie rolls. The rest of our party had super fresh sushi and bento boxes. Our waitress Edna was excellent and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable eating. Definitely will be back again when we're in town. Can't wait to try their gluten free sushi menu next time.Dietary restrictions: Celiac

Foods are ok. It’s hard to find good Japanese restaurants in Mission Viejo. If you can drive 5-10 more minutes, you can find better Japanese restaurants from either Foothill ranch or Laguna Hills area.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is consistently good. Prices are high but no more than expected from a Sushi restaurant. Their lunch specials offer good value.
We ordered all the carb free sushi which included Cherry blossom, volcano (with flame in the center), dancing queen, lollipop roll, rock n roll... everything was flavorful and delicious! We brought friends and they are now fans of Terra Sushi!

Cozy, hole in the wall restaurant with excellent service and delicious food! Lots of keto, vegetarian, and gluten free options!! All the sushi tasted fresh and healthy, and even the fried items weren't too greasy. Although I was stuffed, I'm glad we got some gelato because I especially loved the desserts! We will be regulars here soon!!

Had a dinner with my son who really loves a good California Roll :) Terra Sushi is a nice walk from my place and the last time I had food from there was during the Covid craziness so they only had to-go options. That first time was not anything great, and I wasn't planning on visiting again but since it was close and my son wanted sushi, we decided to try. So glad we did because the service and dining experience was excellent. They have plenty of seating options like booth, tables and plenty of room at the sushi bar. There were so many servers available to help and ask if you needed anything, they were really quick to get our food out. The salmon skin roll was theeee best I have had. So full of salmon and veggies. Also had a signature roll (I think Mexican), it was fresh and yummy I just didn't like the sauce on top. My son had the Octopus nigiri, he thought it was too plain but the portion was really good size. The spicy garlic edamame is so yummy! Definitley a recommended spot.
