The Cheesecake Factory

We have eaten here for many years. Our favorite item is the Caesar Salad. The dressing is no longer consistent and does not have that garlicky flavor anymore yet sometimes it does. Sometimes it is wet. Sometimes it’s boring. Sometimes even the Romain Salad is not crisp. We usually get a pasta dish. Last evening we asked for easy sauce but it came the same way as always with too much sauce. We asked for extra garlic clove pieces and got none. The bartenders are great but all they can do is place the order into the POS. The kitchen does not really care and it doesn’t appear to have an actual kitchen manager who cares. The food sucks and it is a far cry from what the Cheesecake Factory was intended.

Arrived at 11:02 am and was told because I’m only one person I can only sit at the bar or high table in the bar. Would not let me sit at the small table in the bar. I’m 76 and I don’t do well on a bar stool. I left

Disappointed. The staff, waitress (Tina) was nice and friendly. I ordered a burger well (done) for my kid and it was medium or somewhat rare based on pinkness & some red I saw. It was replaced. Wish I didn't cause it was taken to-go and my kid was no longer hungry. I paid for it cause we ordered 3 burgers, had to get a 4th to replace one messed up. The comped one wasn't the correct burger, but I didn't want to argue. Most restaurants will comp the messed up one or give you a free dessert or a discount for the inconvenience. A manager will usually check on you & apologize or make things right. I saw one but close to closing so he couldn't be bothered. The fries were cold and no good, which we barely ate and were left, so you pay $25 for a burger and soda. Plus hubby wasn't happy paying $30 for 3 shrimp and 3 pieces of steak in the combo plate. We won't be back of course.

Arrived with only one person ahead of me. Signed in for a party of 5. Was told it would be 20~
30 mins wait. 3 other groups came after us and all were seated before me. One group was a party of 4 and another a party of 6 or 7. Waited a total of 45 mins and never was called. Asked for an update and they said 5 mins. More than 5 mins past and nothing so we left and waited in the vehicle for a text as the hostess said she would do when she took down my phone number. No text or call was made. Terrible service.

Seems like it's a common problem based on other reviews.

Delicious! Highly recommend the herb salmon with mash potatoes and asparagus. Also had the cheesecake to go.

This location has gone down in food preparation and portions. It gets very noisy when full.

Chicken Madeira and Teak Dianne are my options here. I have tried few different dishes but these two are to me their best. Their wait times depends on when you arrive. I like the consistency of the meal busy or not your dish will look and taste great.

Do not bother making a reservation you will still have to wait 20-25 min but they will tell you 5min each time you ask

Outstanding as usual. Food is always consistent. Our server was nice.....just forgot about us a few times. All good though. She was friendly . This is where my kids and I like to go when I am visiting them from L.A.
