I was very disappointed with my experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The service was slow and inattentive, the food was below expectations, and the overall attention to customers was poor. This was especially upsetting because it was my birthday, and instead of a joyful celebration, the experience completely ruined the day. This visit shattered the good impression I had from previous Cheesecake Factory locations I’ve visited. Sadly, this was the worst experience I’ve had at any Cheesecake Factory. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and takes action to improve the quality of service and food.

Celebrated my son's birthday. Nice atmosphere and the food was really good. Can't remember the waiter's name but he was very nice to my son and made him feel extra special.

I walked from my hotel to this Cheesecake Factory location in a mall. I've never really been a fan of this chain but have also never gone to one solo. They have a very affordable happy hour menu. Had calamari and a cheese burger. Very solid on both accounts. Sat at the bar and had a couple happy hour cocktails. Kinda sweet and pretty basic but again, great prices. This visit changed my mind about Cheesecake Factory. Instead of paning it I'm giving them 4 stars all around for great service sitting at the bar and a solid happy hour menu.

Generally I love the Cheesecake Factory. This one I think the waitress was having a rough day. Food was ok this time. Generally it is great.

I went to Factory Cheesecake about eight years ago and thought, “Well, that was disappointing.” Fast forward eight years, I gave it another shot—clearly, I’m an optimist. Sadly, it’s like a time capsule of mediocrity. Same bad service, same uninspired food, same low-quality ingredients. It's as if the kitchen gave up years ago and no one noticed. Honestly, the only thing that’s aged well is my regret. Safe to say, I won’t be making it a third time—unless I’m doing a study on culinary disappointment.

My wife and I really love this cheesecake factory. The food is good. The quality is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The best part is being located in the Shop at Mission Viejo Mall makes a very convenient to go shopping and enjoy the day then get a good quality meal. Of course the best part is their fantastic cheesecake desserts which they have a display case full of different types of cheesecake.

From my wife and I, we often will just go to enjoy the day walking around visiting our favorite stores and then drop in to the cheesecake factory and enjoy our favorite dessert before heading home.

My favorite is the Miso Salmon. it’s excellent for just the right amount of sweetness and umami flavor from the miso. It is served with a Burr Blanc white sauce that is fantastic. I also really enjoyed the Steak Diane. It also comes with a fantastically rich sauce.

My wife’s favorite is the Beet and Avocado Salad. She gets that every time. And of course, my son loves the Fish and Chips. It’s made with fish fillets, not processed fish and is tender and delicious.

The celebration of my nephew's birthday here was a blast! I really like the atmosphere of the place. The area we reserved are the best area. It wasn't that loud, that's why we are able to catch up. Our family and friends really did enjoyed the food they served. We are very much happy with the fast and kind service. Their crew were very patient entertaining the rest of us. They were able assist us carefully and explained everything we ask. I do love it here. Expect us to visit soon.

The boy who was the host failed to make eye contact once while greeting us, asking our party number, and seating us. Unprofessional. Our waitress was excellent. My wife's breaded chicken dish was very good. My chicken enchiladas lacked substantial green sauce and were oddly placed on the side of the plate like a side dish, with the rice and beans right in the center. Odd. Especially as a former bartender, no prices on the alcoholic drink menu is a dealbreaker. Didn't order any due to that. A 50-50 experience at best.

I have no idea why my girls love this place so much but they do

I was about to have lunch with my mother and her service dog which is on a stroller and they denied they services to us. I feel they don't have consideration for disability people. The dog and has been trained to not bark and obey. But these people including the manager say they're not allow us to have our pet in a stroller even he has his service dog tag. They is most very rudest ever received in any cheese cake factory location.
