I messaged them inquiring about getting a small cake made, in which I was given the green light that they can make it by the date I needed and they just needed me to fill a request form out. I completed the form immediately, taking the time to go into detail, assuming the cake could be made by the date I needed as I was told, only to be told 2 days later that they are unfortunately booked now? So now I'm stuck without a cake. This has put me in an extremely inconvenient situation. Disappointed.
Ordered my nieces mermaid party cupcakes. They turned much better than expected. Coming back for my nephews birthday cake in June!

I have been a customer for a while a now. The customer service is amazing. Cupcakes with a warm and friendly smile. The cupcakes are very well designed and of course, they are Delicious! I have had them at the store and when they have been delivered they have always arrived on time and look fresh and are just as delicious! You must order your next event cake from Simply Cakes! Their customer service is just as outstanding as the work they do. They took a sample pic I sent them for my son’s birthday cake and they brought it to life. The cake was soooo delicious too. Thank you Simply Cakes!!!
