I have been a customer for a while a now. The customer service is amazing. Cupcakes with a warm and friendly smile. The cupcakes are very well designed and of course, they are Delicious! I have had them at the store and when they have been delivered they have always arrived on time and look fresh and are just as delicious! This is the 2nd time I've had a cake made by them. And this is the 2nd time I'm extremely happy with their work. I had a layered multi colored cake decorated with rainbow friends some quirky cartoon my daughter likes and they nailed everything, cake was moist and delicious and it looked outstanding. They're definitely worth the price. I will be purchasing all of my extravagant cakes from them as long as they're in business

I had a great experience with this bakery. They are so nice and helpful! I ordered a chocolate raspberry cake with pink ombré frosting for my daughter's birthday, and I was planning to add my own cake topper from Etsy. The day of my daughter's birthday she was so sick with RSV we had to take her to the hospital, and Simply Cakes offered to keep and freeze my cake for me so I could pick it up at a later date so it wouldn't go to waste. We picked it up yesterday and it was still beautiful and delicious.
